We, Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc., a Nevada holding company, own and operate two public golf country clubs, Kissimmee Bay Country Club and Remington Golf Club. Both clubs are located just south of Orlando, Florida. The golf country clubs are situated on a combined 289 acres of multi-service recreational property. Our golf country clubs include two 18-hole golf-courses with over 13,000 yards of combined fairways and clubhouses boasting food and beverage options, aquatic golf ranges and pro shops to assist any level of golfers. Our golf country clubs regularly host local golf leagues, golf-tournaments, and private events.

Our golf country clubs are a serene combination of approachable golf and nature. Diverse challenges and the quality of our golf-courses, services and the amenities attract and retain golf-players across a number of demographic groups and skill levels; while the natural elements with nearby waterways make our golf-courses being an attractive tourist destination in the greater Orlando Florida Region.

What I think

I can't see golf as having any significant growth factors to warrant a punt at this recently IPO-ed stock. The stock IPO on 12 Feb 2025 at $4.00 per share for 3,750,000 shares, totaling $15 million in gross proceeds before deducting underwriting discounts and other expenses.

It might be charity to put money with them at the moment, but it'll be interesting to see how the story of this ticker plays out to use a gold analogy - we've only just started on the first hole, and there're 18 holes to play for! We're just getting started ⛳️
