PCT: Value Investing Is Not Buying Bottom For 1 Month v1.0 :

PCT = Pandas Coffee Talk.

CNN Fear Index = 14/100.

Shiller PE Ratio = 34 high.

Buffett Indicator = 188% high.

Value Investing says if you are DCA Dollar Cost Averaging for 10 years. You are value investing.

But Value Investing says if you are timing the bottom to buy for one month. You are not value investing. Because no news of Warren Buffett using his cash hoard to buy the dips. He may be expecting dip to dip further. I don't know what he is expecting. But he not doing anything is getting me very jumpy. So I rather DCA 10 years my favourite stocks picks now.
