SCHD has a laser focus on Dividends as it tracks a market cap weighted index of the best US 100 dividend paying stocks. SCHD does this by only selecting US companies that have a minimum 10 year history of paying dividends. The objective is to focus on quality companies with sustainable dividends. SCHD pays dividends every 3 months. It goes ex dividend on June 25 2025. The current dividend yield is 3.72%. I love collecting dividends and SCHD is perfect for my needs.
