Option Straregies: SOFI& GTLB

Selling For Premium
04-07

Hello everyone! I want to share some option strategies with you!

1.

$GitLab, Inc.(GTLB)$ has come back down into an optionselling area that interests us. We are looking to write cash-secured puts for premium capture primarily, but okay to accept assignment.

- Tapped that 40 handle which had been a bottom support level

- Basically filled the gap around 37

- Will be targeting the volume support level at 33 and the ATL at 26, expiry dates tbd but most likely 30-60+ DTE

2.

$SoFi Technologies Inc.(SOFI)$ is back in a tempting area to write cash-secured puts or buy shares. We had the Apr 4th $9 strike put expire yesterday. Here is our #Optionselling game plan for next week.

1. Sell the Apr 25 expiry 7 or 7.5 strike put

- there is strong volume support down at that consolidation range

- that is a great spot to go long as fundamentals are not the cause for the big drop in the current price action

2. Buy-write long trade

- buy shares at market price

- write the April 25 expiry [covered] call at the 11 strike where there is larger volume resistance
