    why? in any case, the trust in US is gone. Trust might come back only if the top man is replaced and that is a might be only.

      Agreed, that is what the market wants which is certainty, but then again, I would believe that T wants to catch china off guard, but he underestimated China and overestimated himself and his own rag tag team. This is NOT 2018 when the first trade war started.  Also T has only 4 years, if not less.

      economy needs time to adapt. business needs at least 6 months to prepare for big changes.  tariffs are too big too fast.  it's like heart surgery and brain surgery at the same time.  patient will die.  I would delay the tariffs to 2026 and start with 10%.  if theres positive result, gradually to 20%
