Using Daily Leverage Certificates (DLCs) for Short-Term Trading

Daily Leverage Certificates (DLCs) provide leveraged exposure to the underlying asset's price movements, which may be suitable for short-term trading strategies.

Considerations for Bullish Trades

  • Long DLCs (e.g. $APPLE 3xLongSG261006(MACW.SI)$ ) will move up in tandem if AAPL establishes a sustained move above $215, suggesting a potential reversal.

  • A move below $196 could invalidate the bullish setup.

Considerations for Bearish Trades

  • Short DLCs (e.g. $APPLE 3xShortSG261006(PODW.SI)$ ) may be relevant if AAPL breaks below $196, reinforcing the downtrend.

  • The next support level at $190 could act as a downside reference.

  • A rebound above $215 may negate the bearish outlook.
