They wouldn't pay for it & therefore Baba hasn't been able to monetize it although being in the leading position. AI LLM could possibly change the game for cloud. However, LLM has very low barriers to entry as witnessed by all the new Tom Dick & Harry LLM out there.its worst in China , where you have SOE's bank lending on gov's instructions by sector. LLM has no MOAT when anything can appear out of no where & eat your lunch.
