DFI Retail Group (D01.SI) - First quarter results update is out. Underlying net profit is up 28 percent if excluding including the divestment gains. If including divestment gains from Yong Hui underlying net profit decreased 18 percent Yoy!

The net proceeds of 617m from the sales of Yomghui stakes to pare down debts and the company is now having a Net cash position of 127m.

The sales of Cold Storage and Giants in Singapore of 125m likely will be completed end 2025.

Full Year expect underlying net profit is about 230-270m.
