the concentration of my swing trades in the past 15 months is after 20mins from open to 3 hours from open (basically i only execute trade in the first half of the session, and i only want to enter trades specifically after volatility and spread settles down in the opening 15mins). this is also to cater for my 3 stop ranges to avoid getting abrupt stop from spread widening. (you can still trade tight, but u need liquidity to be precise with those entry and stop levels)

before this review, i have alot of stop loss, re-entry type of trades if i play ORB 5mins, and my re-entry are mostly re-ORB 30min/H1. My realization is i could actually just reduce a chunk of my losing trades data by sitting my hands from the first 15mins of the market.

my Avg R Gain and Gain to Pain ratio went down slightly (since i don't get to capitalize on the tightest ORB M5 entry and highest RRR when they don't hit stop), but my trading frequency reduction (cost are involved here) and win rate% improve massively.
