The best Zongzi was made by my mum, she no longer able to made it now. She spend time making sure all the ingredients was properly prepared and cooking it sometimes thru the night to ensure it is freshly done. Next , I have to deliver to my relatives which they eagerly awaited. Use to be a simple dumpling but nowadays you get many varieties. As the world is easily connected you can get from virtually anywhere where rice dumpling is sold. But the best is still home made.
