Option Strategies: LZB

Selling For Premium
06-17

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some option strategies with you!

1.

Took us a while to adopt this point of view. We would trade (or not trade) in order to make sure we pushed out green weeks each week. But sometimes the market dictated we take losses now in order to set us up for a better situation down the road, but we would ignore it because taking a loss meant producing a red week ... and we didn't want to show that on the P/L.

It has been much better to not trade for the weekly or monthly P/L, but instead to trade for what the market is doing and giving each day each week.

Optionselling account comeback confirmed we made the right decision. As you said, trade the market ... not your P/L.

$La-Z-Boy(LZB)$ declares earnings after the bell tomorrow. This optionselling trade is very simple since there are not many strikes to choose from for the June 20 expiry.

STO the $30 strike put

The point-of-control and strong volume support sit just above 35, so if you wanted more premium and are willing to take higher risk, then you could write the 35 strike put.
