Elon Musk starting his own political party against Trump? It might not be a bad thing... as long as he doesn't end up as the US President![Facepalm]  [Tongue]  I seriously don't like a clever but highly self-centred man being in a powerful position. At least Trump is just greedy and not that clever, so to speak... [Sly]  [Tongue]  [Silence]

Why is it not a bad thing, especially for Tesla? In the short run, with Donald Trump hounding him, it might look very bad for Tesla. I am sure Tesla and other Elon's ventures are going to face additional scrutiny. Trump is just too narrow minded to be forgiving. Nevertheless, Elon Musk is too childish to just give up... it is his traits after all... never say never!!! [Chuckle]  [Evil]

Why would this be a good thing, you might ask? We don't have to look far to know the adverse effects of Donald Trump to the world at large. Anti-Trump is simply a winning ticket by itself. Don't trust my judgment or political affiliation. Just ask the voters in Germany, Australia, Greenland, Romania... the list goes on...

The more Donald Trump is trying to inflict damage on Elon and his group of companies, the more points Elon Musk is going to score... remember what happened when Elon was working for Trump's administration in DOGE not long ago? Tesla buyers all over the world denounced and abandoned Tesla! Just a quick revisit of latest Tesla's European sales numbers will tell you a more complete picture. Consumers all over are abandoning Tesla... forget about Robotaxi... it is not going to fly if there are few takers. All the perceived advantage of first-movers is gone... yup, down the drain... no takers... "kaput" if I may... [Chuckle]  [Silence]  [Tongue]

Do you see where I am coming from? With Trump's hatred and revenge on Elon Musk and group of companies, it is only a matter of time for the whole world to take notice (yup, it's free advertisement, thank you very much, Trump)! It would be sooner rather than later that the old Tesla crowd returns to embrace Elon Musk and Tesla.

So, it's not a bad move... even if his party lost the election next year or 2028. He probably achieves what he sets out to achieve, and even more...

🚗Tesla to Roll Out Robotaxi in Asia? Ready to Reclaim $350?
Tesla Inc. is disbanding its Dojo team and its leader will leave the company, according to people familiar with the matter, upending the automaker’s effort to build an in-house supercomputer for developing driverless-vehicle technology.
