What’s Changing in the new membership system?
🚀 Clearer growth path-Your membership tier will now be based on your asset value and number of trades over the past 90 days. Plus, a brand-new “Fast track” lets you level up quickly and efficiently!
🏅 Simplified tier structure-We’re moving from 9 levels to 3 major tiers: Standard Member, Elite Member, and Prestige Member. The higher your tier, the more exclusive perks you unlock!
🎁 Upgraded member benefits-Get access to powerful tools and services, including TigerAI, market data zone, research privileges, and exclusive investment events— all designed to support better investment decisions.
What does this mean to you?
Current members: Your current tier and benefits will remain valid until their original expiry date. After the upgrade, your new tier will be automatically reassigned based on your recent asset and trading activity — no action needed!
New users: Once you make your first deposit, you’ll be enrolled in the new system. Meet the trading or asset criteria, and you’ll instantly unlock higher-tier perks.
Key dates to note
Preview period: Starting from July 11, 2025
The new membership system will enter the preheat phase on July 11. Users on app version 9.3.7 will gain phased access to the “Profile > Membership” section, where they may preview the new system and selected benefits ahead of full launch. Please note: full access to the new membership experience will be available to all users starting July 18. We recommend updating your app in advance to ensure timely access once the system becomes available to you.
Official launch: July 18, 2025
The system will automatically transition all users and re-evaluate membership tiers based on your last 90 days of account activity. You can also manually tap "Upgrade Now" in the Membership Center to view your progress and unlock higher tiers.
What happens to my old benefits?
All valid legacy perks will remain usable until they expire. No benefits will be lost during the transition.
