What defines OUE REIT?

❓Resilient Performance❓

❓Robust Capital Management❓

❓Sustainable Growth❓

❓Defensive Assets❓

At The Edge Singapore’s REITs Investment Forum 2025 on 19 August, our CEO, Mr Han Khim Siew, shared with more than 200 attendees how these pillars form the DNA of OUE REIT and why they matter amid today’s market uncertainties:

  • Resilient Performance: Higher 1H 2025 DPU supported by resilient commercial performance and effective capital management

  • Robust Capital Management: Investment-grade balance sheet lowers borrowing costs and diversifies funding

  • Sustainable Growth: Singapore as a safe haven continues to address business setups and investments amid heightened geopolitical tension

  • Defensive Assets: 100% Singapore-centric assets at prime locations with minimal forex exposure

Mr Han also joined Mr Adrian Chui (ESR REIT) and Mr Guy Cawthra (Lendlease REIT) in a lively panel discussion and Q&A session moderated by Ms Goola Warden (The Edge Singapore), where they exchanged insights on the benefits of anchoring in Singapore’s real estate market, impact of Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System Link and the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (SEZ), strategies for navigating market shifts, and perspectives on identifying quality REITs.

A big thank you to The Edge Singapore, SGX Group and REITAS (REIT Association of Singapore) for organising such an insightful forum. We look forward to the next one!
