🚨🚨A summary of the global market analysis for today, September 26, 2025, highlights mixed sentiment driven by central bank policy, economic data, and geopolitical trade tensions.

Global Market Summary

1. US Markets (As of September 25 Close/September 26 Futures):

 * Positive Weekly Trend: Despite a modest midweek pullback, major US indices (NASDAQ, S&P 500, Dow) finished the prior week strongly, with the NASDAQ up over 2% and the S&P 500 and Dow up over 1%.

 * Federal Reserve: The Fed delivered a quarter-point interest rate cut—the first since late 2024. However, stronger-than-expected US economic data has caused traders to pare back expectations for aggressive future rate cuts, with bets shifting from four to six cuts by the end of 2026 to potentially four at most.

 * Treasuries and Yields: The yield on the 10-year US Treasury rose modestly to around 4.13%, suggesting that the Fed's rate cut was largely priced in and the subsequent tone was viewed as a bit hawkish.

 * Trade/Geopolitics: New trade tensions emerged after US President Donald Trump announced a fresh round of tariffs, which has negatively impacted Asian stocks, particularly pharmaceutical companies.

2. European Markets (September 25 Close/September 26 Trading):

 * Performance: European indices generally closed lower in the prior session (Sept 25), with the DAX down 0.60% and the CAC 40 down 0.52%, which is expected to weigh on early market sentiment today.

 * ECB Policy: The European Central Bank (ECB) published findings from its digital euro innovation platform, highlighting the potential for a digital euro to foster innovation via applications like conditional payments.

 * Major Movers: As of September 26, the French CAC 40 (FR40) and German DAX (DE40) were trading down. Noteworthy individual European stocks trading as of Sept 25 include declines in SAP and Sanofi, while Allianz and Anheuser-Busch InBev saw gains.

Amazon ($AMZN) Analysis

Amazon's stock has recently faced a short-term pullback following a strong uptrend.

| Metric | Value (Sept 25, 2025 Close) | Change |

| Last Price | $218.15 | -0.94% (vs. Sept 24)

| Daily Range | $216.47 – $220.67

| Market Cap | $2.33 Trillion (approx.)

 * Near-Term Technicals: Technical analysis suggests initial support for the stock is at the $224.83 pivot area. A drop below the 100-day Simple Moving Average (SMA), which is near $213, would signal further weakness.

 * Analyst Consensus (as of early Sept): Third-party analysts had a varied 12-month average price target for $AMZN, generally ranging from approximately $204 to $215, suggesting the stock is trading slightly above the consensus target from early September.

Market Down 3 Days! Valuations Too High: Would You Hedge?
U.S. stocks have fallen for three consecutive days, with all three major indexes giving back their post-Fed September meeting gains. Strong economic data has added uncertainty to the future rate-cut path, while tech giants continue to show weakness. 1. Do you think this is a healthy pullback? 2. Do you agree with Powell that U.S. equities are overvalued? 3. Can upcoming earnings season justify the current lofty valuations? 4. Would you choose to take some profits or fully hedge your portfolio?

My opinion. Amazon is doing what Netflix did less than two years ago. Going with one household on Prime. Any additional family in other locations will cost more money. Netflix did this and massive revenue came in. Look at Netflix price how it rocketed. This Prime switch over starts October 1.

AMZN is the only one that is still negative YTD in big-sever stocks. Buy it or you will lose opportunity!
