Cash Flow Discipline :  The era of "burn first, monetise later" is over.  Investors want path to profitability, not just demos.

This is the real world where autonomous driving must prove it can survive, scale and sustain itself.

Both Pony and WeRide have talent but only those that master commercial reality, not just engineering brilliance, will define the next decade.
