$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Shareholders might be overlooking what could turn out to be the biggest growth acceleration phase yet. Q4 looks like it could become a major inflection point, with AI accelerator demand ramping and revenue growth potentially entering a new phase. The recent pullback has created some debate, but valuation is what matters here. AMD is currently trading around roughly 20x P/S, 4–6x forward P/S, and 13–17x forward P/E. The bigger question is how much lower AMD can go if it continues gaining share in AI. The bull case centers on strong CPU leadership, a growing GPU opportunity, the ROCm ecosystem closing the gap with CUDA, and increasing adoption from AI labs, hyperscalers, and developers. The AI race won't have only one winner, and the next decade could belong to companies building the full compute stack — chips, software, infrastructure. AMD still has a lot to prove, but if execution continues, the upside opportunity remains significant. Not financial advice, just my own research.
