πππNaysayers have been saying that the Elon Musk carnival is over since the first Falcon 1 exploded in 2006. If you ran for the exit every time a talking head said that a tech infrastructure story was a "carnival" you would have missed out on Apple, NVIDIA and Google.
SpaceX isn't a carnival. It is the physical railroad of the next century's global economy. In the future, you cannot build a space station, mine an asteroid or connect a remote farm to the internet without paying a toll to the Falcon 9 or Starship.
The clear headed, calm investor keeps a long term eye on the horizon, waiting for a healthy consolidation. He understands that a 20 year multi planetary story isn't won or lost in 72 hours.
If you are a true believer in the long term future of space, you don't run for the exit. The carnival isn't over. It is just getting the second wind.
