AI Keeps Moving Higher

Hello everyone!Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!

1

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ is up nearly 30% because this quarter showed the AI compute shortage is translating into better pricing, faster paybacks, higher margins and better financing.

Nebius now earns ~$25M per MW on normal contracts and up to $50M for immediate capacity while Q2 deals pay back in under two years and customers fund roughly half the capex upfront.

That pricing power is already showing up in the market with its first capacity auction clearing 15% above prior $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ Blackwell pricing, AI cloud margins reaching 50% and management saying it could sell all of 2027 capacity today.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ CEO says the AI cloud market is heading toward $1T as demand grows by tens of gigawatts per year.

He argues hyperscalers cannot build it all so new entrants like xAI “validate the market” rather than threaten Nebius because someone still has to build the rest.

I never enjoy watching positions get hit during macro fear cycles but over the past couple of years those periods have consistently given me the best opportunities to improve portfolio quality while knowing the underlying demand for AI keeps moving higher.

This latest drawdown was another perfect example of this as the market was way too quick to price in data center oversupply even though pricing, utilization and power demand still pointed to a massive shortage of usable compute.

That’s exactly why $NEBIUS(NBIS)$, $Vertiv Holdings LLC(VRT)$, $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ and $SpaceX(SPCX)$ were the four names I added most in the family portfolio during the weakness and today that portfolio hit a new all-time high.
