$Intel(INTC)$ They can't defend it during regular trading, so they lean on illiquid overnight or premarket action, or both. If it opens down, it likely costs them even more to pile on an absurd number of FTDs just to push this lower. When a stock gets hit 7-10%, they are basically taking positions away from holders.
My algorithm runs a buy-the-falling-knife negative social score strategy. It wins a lot. Any stock down 5% or more within a 5-hour window, it looks for entries and waits. The market is 1000% psychological and data driven.
