$MAPLETREE COMMERCIAL TRUST(N2IU.SI)$The love to Mapletree is real. I already have mapletree logistic and industry, now my nyt target is N2IU. I don't want to mention how good the stock is since many articles talk about this. Curently the PB ratio is attractiv, below 5 years average. What I target price is$1.71. Properly it is too low, so I can not enter the market😅. How about you? Do you already have? If not, what is your target price? 😁

Yes i feel its a bit too low unless the market crashes. Ive bought in at 1.73 and all the way to $2. Been DCA ing way before the news release of merger.
