The Tiger Trade app was easy to use for my trades. The Tiger Technical & Customer Support Team is available 24 hours round-the-clock non-stop. My first transaction of U.S. stock was entered with guidance from the Tiger Support Team over the phone call. I have used all the different channels of communications, via the app, email and mobile phone with the Tiger Support Team, almost all in the middle of night when I urgently needed help for my trades. They responded immediately and never failed me. I am very grateful. i am also impressed with the team's continuous improvements to the app with our feedback. I hope the staff are well rewarded by the company.
I am so glad with the Tiger Brokers for developing the Tiger users' community group. The various activities organized within this group has enabled me to learn more about stocks. This is where Tiger brokers award users vouchers for stocks and commission-free trades. I hope Tiger Brokers can reinstate the redemption of SGD88 cash vouchers with 18000 Tiger coins. Tiger Brokers can also consider offering users 'real' lifetime zero commission and zero platform fees which other trading houses have offered. This would help to make Tiger Brokers more competitive.
