I’m glad that Tiger Brokers’ Customer Service has been listening to its users and attending to user feedbacks seriously, as issues that I raised to its attention were promptly addressed and responded. I do not recall having to wait at length for an issue to be closed.
There was once when I encountered problem with tagging a stock voucher to my trade order. As trading is performed in real-time, I thought I might have to just proceed without the voucher. Upon raising that to the Customer Service, it was resolved in minutes. Queries that I raised when I was new to Tiger Brokers’ trading platform were also always addressed timely and satisfactorily.
I had given feedbacks to the Customer Service on improvements that I looked forward to, such as lifting of the limitation on the number of characters in comments for mobile app users, and I was pleased that my feedbacks were implemented progressively when new versions of the app were rolled out. In fact, I was once pleasantly surprised to even receive a prompt reply from @CaptainTiger on new features that were being launched, when I commented on improvements which I hoped to see. I had not expected him to read my comment that was buried under thousands of daily comments in the Tiger Community and reply me. This goes miles to demonstrate Tiger Brokers’ dedication and seriousness on our feedbacks.
Kudos to Tiger Brokers’ achievements and I believe that the staff truly deserves them. Tiger Brokers should be proud of its dedicated team and I’m sure with their professionalism and devotion, the platform will scale to even greater heights!
I look forward to continue making use of Tiger Brokers in my investment journey, as I believe that my investments will be in trusted and good hands!
