A big hearty grats on getting those awards. Tiger's customer service is really very good compared to many other brokers out there. Personally, I'm using 5 different brokers and Tiger is the one which is the most responsive and offers the most different number of ways which users can get into contact with them. So, contacting Tiger is really very convenient and I'm really impressed.
I've personally tried contacting Tiger via the app online help chat, Whatsapp messaging, phone hotline and even via email too. There could be other methods which I haven't tried and I won't be surprised if there are. The response time has always been very fast and the operators are always trying their best to answer the queries and to solve any issues on hand. They don't give generic answers or pass the baton around or put you on hold for ages. Tiger really deserve these awards. đđŞ

Maybe the next step Tiger should try is to get more investors to trade with Tiger. Tiger is already very customer service oriented and has a very great app (IMO, one of the best trading apps ever, if not the best yet), which makes it very easy to do researching and getting updated on the latest news. Tiger is also very interactive with its users by holding events, having daily tasks to earn coins, having a "forum"-like community sharing of trading ideas and knowledge etc. But my feeling is people are not really using Tiger to trade because of the competition out there.
Many brokers are offering lifetime zero-commission, a few of them don't even charge platform fees on top of the zero commission. (I'm not sure how they earn money, maybe through currency exchange?) If Tiger can level this playing field, maybe traders will swarm to Tiger in flocks. Especially when Tiger already won them hands down on many other areas such as customer service and having the best app ever. Just my two cents worth of thoughts.
