Microsoft stock has lagged behind other tech giants this year due to reasons including a lack of positive EPS revisions, Azure cloud services not growing as well as Google Cloud, and slower maturity of AI applications. In the future, if Azure performs well and the growth momentum of generative AI at the application layer is obvious, it may change Microsoft's narrative.
