Singapore is considered a safe haven, even if property prices dropped in future, land is still in high demand as compared to other Asian countries. so nothing surprising that they choose to park their money in property in Singapore. maybe if we walk past there often enough, can catch a glimpse of them. haha

Singapore is a logistic and financial hub for most of the companies in the world. It have a very stable government that manage the country very secure and safe. It is a multi-races country that the people can stay harmony together. Moreover Singapore is a very small country with limited landscape for housings.
