SpaceX Coming So Fast! Would You Join $1.75T IPO?

According to The Information, SpaceX is set to file its confidential IPO prospectus with the SEC this week, aiming for a historic debut that could raise up to $75 billion—tripling the previous record held by Saudi Aramco. Following its landmark merger with xAI earlier this year, the combined entity is targeting a valuation exceeding $1.75 trillion. This would catapult SpaceX into the "top tier" of global tech, surpassing the market caps of both Meta Platforms and Tesla, and trailing only the elite five (NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, GOOGL).

IPO Valuation of SpaceX at $1.75T is way too high. No spare money to take risk, will sure wait and see.better entry opportunity

It is a huge story, but I would treat it as very exciting, not yet fully certain. Reuters reported yesterday that SpaceX is aiming to file its IPO prospectus later this week or next week, citing The Information. Reuters also reported earlier that SpaceX had been weighing a confidential filing that could value it at more than US$1.75 trillion, with the xAI acquisition having lifted the combined valuation to about US$1.25 trillion already.  If the IPO really targets US$75 billion, that would indeed exceed Saudi Aramco’s record IPO size by a very wide margin. Several outlets are reporting that range, but it still appears to be based on reporting and unnamed sources rather than a filed prospectus that investors can read today.  My view: At US$1.75 trillion, I would not “blindly join”

The potential IPO of SpaceX rumored to target a staggering $1.75 trillion valuation has sparked massive excitement, positioning it as a possible record-breaking debut even beyond Saudi Aramco. Backed by strong fundamentals like reusable rocket leadership and the fast-growing Starlink business, plus the visionary push from Elon Musk, many investors see this as a rare opportunity to buy into the future of space infrastructure and global connectivity. However, the hype comes with serious caution. A valuation of this scale may already price in years if not decades of future success, while risks around regulation, capital intensity, and execution remain high. The added narrative of merging with xAI could amplify excitement, but also raises concerns about overvaluation driven more by storytellin

SpaceX Ignites a Space Rally. Here Are the Key Stocks to Watch Recent developments surrounding SpaceX have quickly lifted market sentiment, triggering a broad rally across space and satellite-related assets. This move has been highly concentrated in a small group of core names, with capital flows showing a clear, tiered structure. Among them, $Destiny Tech100 Inc(DXYZ)$   surged as much as 26%, emerging as one of the most direct beneficiaries. Its exposure to private technology companies gives it a “proxy ownership” profile, making it a natural vehicle for investors seeking indirect exposure to SpaceX's valuation. At the same time, key players across the space and satellite value chain moved sharply higher.

There is absolutely no way I would invest in spacex, not with the overly inflated valuation and the dead weight that comes along with the rocket part of the business. Mr. elon does whatever he likes, handing toxic assets back and forth between his businesses to line his own pockets, how investors can see that and be comfortable putting their money on a dishonest operator is bewildering. Also, are we seriously still sprouting the mars line? The guy said it because he knew it be on the headlines, with his ability to splash the cash, if he truly wanted to reach mars and stay there, he could, and it not having happened is testament that it is a load of bull.

TeslaBoomerMama and Pejjy had a great discussion on YouTube discussing this scenario. Bottom line was that it's better for $Tsla shareholders to hold off selling their shares to participate in the IPO. The most likely scenario is that SpaceX IPOs around June 9th and bids for $TSLA much sooner thereafter than most people are thinking, the reason being to protect $Tsla from a possible hostile takeover. Existing Tesla shareholders would likely benefit from a takeover premium of between 20-40% (if they continue to hold $Tsla stock), whereas SpaceX shareholders would face dilution on a bid for $tsla.

Is Destiny Tech 100 a Good Way for Small Investors to Get Into SpaceX? 🌟🌟🌟If you are a small investor dreaming of owning SpaceX but lacking a billionaire's family office, $Destiny Tech100 Inc(DXYZ)$  can feel like someone finally cracked open a window in a room with a locked door.  It is not a direct path but it is a path. Yes it comes with quirks, fees and drama but also SpaceX exposure. Let's break it down: The Appeal : Why $Destiny Tech100 Inc(DXYZ)$  Can Make Sense  1.  You get indirect exposure to SpaceX.  DXYZ holds private company shares which includes SpaceX through SPV, short for Special Purpose Vehicle.   A SPV is basica
