There are not many pure play  Singapore REIT that pays out more   than 7% and OUE Reits is one of the best around. With so much              uncertainty around the World due to  the tariff imposed by President         Trump. I think it is good to invest in    our home ground for the present        moment.

Replying to @Samlunch:The problem is the unit price keep falling, the dividend pay out is not high if you take note of the unit falling price every day. I sold half of my holding of the Pimco Income E (S$) //@Samlunch:$PIMCO INCOME "E" (USD) INC(IE00B8K7V925.USD)$ i like this pimco bond fund which pays dividend monthly. Good time to get into it as the nav qill eise as yields start to fall. Enjoy dividends and capital appreciation!
