Baidu Reports Q3 Revenue of 31.2 Billion Yuan with Adjusted Net Profit of 2.6 Billion Yuan

Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU; HKEX: 9888) released its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, ending September 30. The company reported total revenue of 31.2 billion yuan, representing a 7% year-over-year decline.
Baidu recorded a net loss attributable to the company of 11.2 billion yuan, compared to a net profit of 7.6 billion yuan in the same period last year. The net loss attributable to "Baidu Core" was 11.1 billion yuan.
On a non-GAAP basis, Baidu's net profit stood at 2.6 billion yuan, down from 5.9 billion yuan a year earlier. The non-GAAP net profit attributable to "Baidu Core" was 2.7 billion yuan.
