$Nike(NKE)$ I bought Nike stock and am hoping to profit from a short-term trade. The price is near its 52-week low and still far from its 52-week high, so I see potential for a rebound. I also trust the brand since Nike is well-established, and from personal experience, their products are high quality.  

$GLD 20270115 400.0 CALL$ Added leap call for gold. My opinion is, oil will be repriced after the war, and a new bottom will form. Inflation will follow suit. I buy gold in anticipation that inflation will go up for 2026. We'll see.

I don't strangle earlier because of high volatility amid geo political tension. Any adverse incidents may cause price to climb quickly over a few days. There's less possibility of that happening with fewer days to expiry but trade off with less premium collection.
