The reason why is because even though its a US made vehicle, the company itself still has other counterparts across the world, Europe, India, China,etc. This impact not just creates a shift towards significant change to production costs, margins, sales etc. This has already caused suppliers a lot of panic and stress even before the tariffs started. So it is not only the US party that doesn't get the hit, its the overall.
