๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸShort term trading is exhilarating.  You enter with speed, precision and intent.  But there is also merit in long term trading too.  Take DBS $DBS Group Holdings(D05.SI)$ for example.  It recently reached its all time high at SGD 50.98.  I could have sold it early, booked a modest gain and moved on.   But something told me to hold on.  Not just for the numbers but for what DBS represents : resilience and a deep rooted belief in Singapore's future.   That decision allowed me to achieve a return that is over 100%.  This is not through timing but through conviction, patience and time in the market.

As the late great Charlie Munger likes to say :  The Big Money is not in the Buying and Selling but in the Waiting. "
