mimi was a great and quick trade, about two weeks
The best proud moment is that I bought ifast at $0.78 !!! How I bought it is that day ifast made a profit turnaround earnings report and it made a big huge candle with huge vol . I decided to enter the next day . Holded it for few years and when Covid period it started to move up . Sold it @ $3 . Looking back I shd have hold it tight but we’ll all see clearly in hindsight . ❤️🌹
Hi. If you have the time to spare, it may be good to allocate about 5-10% of your investment portfolio for short term investment to leverage on the volatility of certain strong/high volume counters. Example: I use about $20k to buy Telsa shares when it plunge about 3-5%. It should start to rebound after dropping few % normally due to oversold situation most likely. Set a comfortable target to sell off if necessary. For me, I would sell off if say more than ~$500 profit. Nevertheless, long term investment would be still the majority part of your investment for dividend and growth of equity counters. Be cautious about short term investment anyway. Hence choose strong counters for contingency. Cheers. [Smile]

🌟🌟🌟Short term trading is exhilarating.  You enter with speed, precision and intent.  But there is also merit in long term trading too.  Take DBS $DBS Group Holdings(D05.SI)$ for example.  It recently reached its all time high at SGD 50.98.  I could have sold it early, booked a modest gain and moved on.   But something told me to hold on.  Not just for the numbers but for what DBS represents : resilience and a deep rooted belief in Singapore's future.   That decision allowed me to achieve a return that is over 100%.  This is not through timing but through conviction, patience and time in the market. As the late great Charlie Munger likes to say :  The Big Money is not in the Buying and
i successfully traded opendoor stocks based on populatity from wallstreetbets based on this experience, here is what i will do if i trade like an ape again: - don't trade like an ape for more than 1 week. after 1 week, sell, even if it's a loss - be prepared to let go at 50 - 100% profit. - don't buy/sell options of the meme stock.

I prefer to do short term trading with stocks that I'm familiar with, like DBS [Chuckle]... like the previous Deep Diving 🤿 & my itchy hand reacted in Auto mode [OMG]... even though no set-up [Facepalm]....But the Stock is strong and recovered with profits [LOL]... I wouldn't try this if I'm not familiar with it $DBS(D05.SI)$ [Chuckle].. now waiting to Exit [Call] [Eye]. ... August pocket money 💰 in the making 💪 @JC888 @Barcode @koolgal @Shernice軒嬣 2000 @Shyon

$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ There’s one trade that still makes me smile whenever I think about it. Not because it was life-changing in terms of profits, but because everything — the timing, the setup, the execution — lined up in a way that reminded me why I love trading in the first place. It started on an ordinary weekday morning. The broader market was mixed, with no clear direction. I wasn’t even planning on making a big move that day, but I had been tracking this particular stock for weeks. It had been consolidating in a tight range, and the technicals were building up pressure like a coiled spring. Volume was drying up, price action was clean, and the chart was giving off that quiet-before-the-storm vibe. Then came the catalyst — a small but signif

I Don't Trade The Noise, I Invest In The Fundamentals

🌟🌟🌟This week's earnings season feels like a fireworks show : dazzling, volatile and over in a flash.  Tesla surges, Pinterest dives, Rocket Lab ricochets like a pinball.  For many traders, it is a playground for quick trades - nimble entries, sharp exits and the thrill of catching a perfect swing. I admire that agility.  I really do.  But I have never been that trader.  I don't chase the spark, I build the fire.  My style?  Buy and Hold.   I lean into conviction, not momentum.  I study business models like stories, not tickers.  I hold great stocks like $Alphabet(GOOGL)$  and $NVIDIA(NVDA)$
