Trump’s 90-day pause on most tariffs could spur an S-REIT rebound amidst broad relief rally【CSOP Fixed Income Weekly】

【SRT】 Last week, SRT fell amid market risk-off sentiment following Trump’s escalating trade war. The decline was led by industrial, office and retail by subsectors and MLT, FLT, and MPACT by individual REITs. Nevertheless, DBS notes that oversold S-REITs (~6.5% yields; ~4.0% yield spreads) has hit support levels. Trump’s 90-day pause on most tariffs could spur an S-REIT rebound amidst broad relief rally. 【MMF】 Last week, US Treasuries saw elevated volatility amidst the slew of tariff-headlines. Focus was on the trade-related news development and the FOMC minutes released was mostly ignored by the markets.  Meanwhile, the latest CPI report released showed both headline and core CPI were 0.2% lower than consensus estimates on MoM basis. The hardest part of the market is human intervention , like Donald trump , he can change the whole world market direction with his words , move the market at his finger tips ! How scary is that ! @MojoStellar @koolgal share your views to win coins
Hard to predict direction of price movement.
The market is not unpredictable.  It is the US President unpredictable. The way he said of his plan and action will cause the stock market like roller-coaster. Hope he will not come out more crazy ideas. @Pilates @Optionspuppy @Fenger1188 @LMSunshine
Sentiment. Companies like Tesla have huge valuations on the hope of robots years in the future. Its a massive bubble but all owners of Tesla are convinced it's going to be huge.
In my opinion, it's the votality of the market that makes stock become valuable or overpriced at certain timing. As the wise man says - Be greedy when others are in fear, be afraid when others are greedy... [Cool]
definitely policy, especially from someone unpredictable and dont give a hoot about the impacts to people.

The hardest thing to predict is policy. Sentiment usually follow policies, inflation and earnings reports. Traders use technicals because there is some form of predictability. Policy is unexpected and unpredictable. We only know when it is announced eg chips act, tariffs, retaliation by other countries, new trade agreement are beyond the control of us. @Fenger1188 @SPOT_ON @rL @Kaixiang @Success88 @DiAngel @W
others traders reactions. seemingly good opportunity are trashed in a chase for short term wins.

So hard to predict! @Nick2862 @TigerWire But i do hope to predict correctly that tiger_wire will gibe me more coins for this comments [Happy][Smile]
