My mind is still hibernating as overjoyed with SG dividends, salary increment, profit sharing, individual performance bonus and lastly interest from CPF. Not a great start to 2025. Is this a sign of more to come from the Musk/Trump presidency? Lower cap stocks appear to be doing well, larger cap stocks are seeing significant declines. A change in market sentiment? A lengthened profit taking period? Or just under performing large cap stocks dragging the markets down...maybe a culmination of all of the above? I'm hoping the CES2025 event next week will throw some much needed stimulus into a very volatile market.

Started Accumulating beaten down Singapore REIT -  $Frasers L&C Tr(BUOU.SI)$  below 90cent in January 2025.  It is now trading at over 7% twelve month trailing dividend . Since I am existing investor, I will use this opportunity to average my existing position. Buying more Singapore Reit needs to have medium long term time horizon. My goal is to build up my passive income pot.
