$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ Market makers are absolutely pushing bubble fear right before what could be one of the best earnings seasons we've ever seen from the companies reporting.
$ProShares UltraPro QQQ(TQQQ)$ Here's the setup I'm watching ahead of upside continuation, looking at the 1-hour time frame. Price has recovered back to Friday's intraday highs, with targets at 81.10 and 82.50+. The hourly RSI is still strong, holding above 50, so there's room for a clean follow-through to the upside from here. $ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ(SQQQ)$ $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ NQ_F
$ERock, Inc.(EROC)$ Enchanted Rock (EROC) is sitting on a fortress of liquidity following its IPO. According to their latest Q2 2026 financial reporting: unrestricted cash of $626.6 million, total cash and restricted cash of $660.9 million, which includes roughly $34.2 million in restricted cash. Debt status: zero debt outstanding, with the IPO net proceeds of $554 million used to entirely wipe out prior term loans and settle convertible notes. Additional credit: a $250 million senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility is completely undrawn and available as dry powder. Having over $625 million in pure cash with zero debt gives them a massive war chest to fund the manufacturing scale-up for their massive data center and microgrid ba
$ERock, Inc.(EROC)$ Out of a fully diluted share pool of roughly 220 million+ units, nearly 80% of the company is locked up until December. With around 171M units tied up in restricted insider holdings and institutional investors absorbing the open Class A shares, the float available to retail and short-term momentum traders is extremely thin. That's basically a compressed spring by the numbers—once a catalyst shows up, it wouldn't take much volume to overwhelm the order book and force a sharp move higher. Similar setup to BE.
$SpaceX(SPCX)$ It is consolidating as it rallies, not as it falls. That is how you know whether to buy or sell. This one is a buy. Trade the charts, play the setups, skate to where the puck is going. Math works.
$Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bear 3x Shares(SOXS)$ Rocky's initial target is triple digits, and he thinks it could potentially get there by month end. I also passed along his latest pick to some of you. It's already up 16%, and he sees this as just the beginning.
$SpaceX(SPCX)$ They just completed their 700th Falcon 9 launch. Starship is set to begin actual operational flights later this week. Betting against it doesn't seem like a great idea at this point.
$Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ If you missed the buy-in below 220, there may still be a chance. The S&P 500 trade wasn't the real signal. There's legislation around data centers having to provide their own energy source, and it will most likely get approved. Once that happens, this stock could run to 400-500 within that year.
Bank of America upgraded SK Hynix to Buy with a $250 price target, pointing to accelerating AI-driven memory demand and the company's strong HBM positioning. The upgrade lands as the stock trades near its 52-week high of $194.80. The bullish case also leans on SK Hynix's shareholder-return plan, which includes roughly 40 trillion won in buybacks and cancellations approved back in August. Management also raised its target to return more than 50% of cumulative free cash flow from 2025-2027. On top of that, Kioxia passing on deeper manufacturing cooperation removes a potential antitrust overhang, while the sharp rise in NAND prices suggests memory supply is getting tighter. The stock's push higher came even as the broader market struggled, with the S&P 500, Nasdaq and Dow all lower on geo
$Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ The swing account and the long-term position added in the 160s have been working out. Day trade setups were clean too, with targets getting hit. 300 could come soon. Similar move on $Reddit(RDDT)$ with the S&P addition, similar setup. Do you see anything different in this chart or candles?
$Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bear 3x Shares(SOXS)$ It's pretty clear what's happening to the market, but I have to say thanks to the current bunch in charge because I'm making money every week from it. Back into this at $42.78, probably holding for the rest of the week.
The 520-40 bounce played out, so from here I'm guessing we head down toward 350-400. It might need to touch 530-40 first in normal hours though. Kind of annoying because I was supposed to time that snap back after the move under 500, but it only lasted a few minutes during normal hours. Hard to do while travelling, so I won't get max percentage gains, but I'm pretty sure it heads downhill soon. Still have a uranium play that offset 75% of the Friday drop from SOXS. Might sell it and put everything into $Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bear 3x Shares(SOXS)$ to ride it down from the 530 level. Highly doubt it goes above 540 before visiting 350-400 before midterms. Oil is rampant.
$SK hynix(SKHY)$ Not financial advice. Once South Korea breaks above 2,000,000, it will be too late for the shorts in the US. A recovery at 210? I'll sleep on that golden thought. Enjoy the run. See you at 210+.
$Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ Bloom Energy got added to the S&P 500, with the change taking effect before the market opens on Sept. 21. UBS analyst Manav Gupta also raised his price target to $325 from $300, keeping a Buy rating.
$SK hynix(SKHY)$ Rhee argued that the complex ownership structure and the potential separate listing are key factors behind SK hynix's severe stock market undervaluation. Bringing in outside capital and listing Solidigm separately could shift value away from SK hynix shareholders. Lee said SK hynix could announce plans for a Solidigm IPO alongside a shareholder return program in August or by early September at the latest, and that a sizable shareholder return package is expected to help ease investor concerns.
$SK hynix(SKHY)$ Kospi gap fills have been tidy. Friday took out the gap from Thursday, and Thursday closed the gap going back to last Tuesday. That Tuesday session also filled the gap from Wednesday, 8/12. The KOSPI index has done a solid job cleaning up day to day gaps while holding its value, even with single stock leveraged ETF trading down 94% since July. Consolidation has really been the theme.
$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ On AOI, the key point is capacity versus demand. Demand is not the limiting factor here. Production capacity and component availability are the constraints. Management says forecast demand for 800G and 1.6T exceeds production capacity through mid-2027. CEO Thompson Lin stated that customer demand is roughly 20-40% higher than the capacity AOI is currently building. That suggests the 650K/month target may not fully satisfy demand. On the Texas manufacturing expansion, AOI now has over 1.6 million square feet of manufacturing-related real estate in the Houston area. A new 210,000 square foot facility is expected to begin initial production in late Q3 2026. The new facility is dedicated to 800G and 1.6T transceive
$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ LITE's market cap is currently $84.23B. AAOI is performing better financially than LITE did at the same revenue level. In 2027 AAOI will far surpass LITE's expected 2026 revenue of $2.99B. Taking AAOI's likely ~100M shares outstanding in 2027, AAOI stock would be $842 per share at the same market cap as LITE today with less revenue. It's simple math, but anyone who thinks percentage gains don't matter wouldn't understand it.
