Started a covered call strategy on S today

$S 20260618 16.0 CALL$  $SentinelOne, Inc(S)$   Disclaimer: Nothing I say or post should be considered financial advice. Please do your own due diligence before making any investment decisions. Started a covered call strategy on S today as I took advantage of the late-morning momentum as SentinelOne broke past $17.00 today to lock in a highly optimized defensive position. By routing a Net Debit order to buy the shares at $17.05 and simultaneously selling that June 18 $16.00 Call for $2.00, I successfully established a position that completely insulates myself from most downside earnings volatility. Here is the exact scoreboard for this trade: 1. The Key Numbers Gross Stock Entry:

Sold PLTR put spread

Disclaimer: Nothing I say or post should be considered financial advice. Please do your own due diligence before making any investment decisions. Took a trade on PLTR today after noticing a strong buy signal supported by solid volume. I’m still bullish on the overall sentiment surrounding the company despite the elevated P/E ratio and aggressive forward estimates. With the number of government contracts they've secured and how well the company aligns with the current U.S. political and defense outlook, I don't see why PLTR can't retest previous highs or potentially break into new highs over time. That said, I may be early on the bullish thesis, so I wanted to structure the trade with risk in mind. Opened a 05 June 120/118 put credit spread for a $0.40 credit — targeting roughly a 20% ROI o

Dot.Com bubble reinacting?

Disclaimer: Whatever I say or post doesn't act as financial advice, so please do your due diligence before making any decision. Something to consider as you decide whether to chase this tech wave. No matter how much a company is earning and having positive forecast, there is always a "fair" valuation. So when valuation hits an exceptionally high level, thats when you should approach every trade more cautiously. It is wise to follow the trend and cash flow, however ask yourself if your decision is backed up with data and a strong conviction. @Madluvyz - Specialist in using FA and TA to sell options and swing trade. [Claw]

Potential shift of cash flow to defensive sectors?

Been waiting for this moment, where whales start to sell off some of their positions in technology stocks that had a cylical bullish move, and perhaps moving their earnings to more defensive sectors such as healthcare, in particular healthcare stocks which reported great earnings and projections but still got punished. An example would be JNJ. @Madluvyz - Specialist in using FA and TA to swing trade and sell options[举爪]

Trump visit to China

Another strategic move by Donald Trump to pressure China and test its response amid rising geopolitical tensions. His “push-and-pull” negotiation style — applying pressure, then changing course when outcomes do not favor him — is something his counterparts have already come to recognize. It will therefore be interesting to see what strategy or tactics he adopts next to achieve his objectives.
Trump visit to China
【Voting Post】I heard an interesting take on this war from my mentor today. He mentioned that if you look at it from a news perspective, it certainly seems like the U.S. has the upper hand in negotiations. However, if you dive deeper, Iran is actually the one consistently forcing the U.S. to the bargaining table. Since they control the majority of the crude oil flow through the Strait of Hormuz, Iran appears to hold the real leverage. I would love to hear your thoughts and rationale in the comments. Happy trading and stay safe! @Madluvyz - Specialist in using FA and TA to sell options and swing trade.😺
Good sum up on the important puzzle pieces and potential "undervalued" companies in the AI space.
A possible bullish rally for Chinese stocks?
Looks like AI and tech are still trending going into this week. A snapshot on the upcoming earnings for this week.
Disclaimer: Whatever I say or post doesn't act as financial advice, so please do your due diligence before making any decision. Chase the wave, or pause because the market is overbought and overly euphoric? I think that in this overzealous market, we should all take a step back and look for overlooked sectors. Healthcare is definitely one of the most beaten-down sectors, despite established companies such as JNJ and ABBV reporting earnings that exceeded expectations. Once institutional investors feel that tech stocks have become too overbought and begin taking profits, capital will likely rotate into overlooked sectors, with healthcare being one of the stronger candidates. I do not think this will happen immediately, but it is an idea worth sitting on and watching closely. @Madluvyz - Spec

DIS - Is it still profitable as a legacy business?

Disclaimer: Whatever I say or post doesn't act as financial advice, so please do your due diligence before making any decision. This article sums up the overall sentiment on DIS as a company moving forward. In addition, investors should not based their trade decision based on one good earnings call. We should take a more holistic look and assess its potential vs current financial outlook.
