Hi. I think that it might be a very good deal to purchase SG Reits such as Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr or Mapletree Logistics Tr in view of their recovering from all time low price (52wks). Moreover interest rate would be reducing progressively by FED. The main attraction point to consider is the high dividend as well. E.g. abt 7% for Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr. This is really much higher than other counters, less the local banks which give abt 5%. Cheers and hope that the Reits will continue their upwards march. [smile] [Happy]

$ST Engineering(S63.SI)$   Why ST Engineering keeps moving southwards? Anyone knows ? Can't seem to locate any negative news. Thought latest earnings was quite up to expectations. [Speechless]  [Speechless]  [Speechless]  

$YZJ Shipbldg SGD(BS6.SI)$   Another lousy news again. Why the mkt is so reactive and panicky these days?  Will lose once sell away the shares of a strong company which you owned.  Thought the co mentioned no material impact on it in comparison to its revenue etc. ? 

My best buy of the year is this Lego set. The key reason is the time that I could spend with my son to build the lego (6 packs) progressively. It is the precious moment that makes the difference. In addition, hope that the OCBC shares that I bought could also generate good dividend/growth for the next 15 to 20 yrs, I.e. could be savings for my son when he grows up. $Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr(N2IU.SI)$   Wow. MPACT dropped so much just because of minor lower dividend. The dividend is still much better than FD, Tbill, etc. Strange sentiment indeed. This Sg market really jiat lat. Sad. 

OCBC and UOB should be bullish as well for consistency with DBS's performance. Associated investment sentiment is relatively positive for bank counters currently. OCBC will be releasing its 3Q results tomorrow and it should be better results than 2Q or year-on-year in consideration that its GE company has perform exceptionally well for 3Q, i.e. $273mil+ profit. Net interest income should be stable too. Let's hope OCBC will bull up significantly tomorrow. I guessed similarly as today most likely. Cheers, and all the way OCBC ! [Sly]  [Grin]  

$YZJ Shipbldg SGD(BS6.SI)$   Wow. What's wrong with this YZJ ?  Still dropping like don't known what. China index is bulling up madly. China's stimulus measures should be boosting the performance of China companies moving forward. Yet this YZJ keeps dropping. Really strange sentiment. Oh no. Sad.

$ocbc bank(O39.SI)$   OCBC seems a far cry from DBS. Oh no. Hope its demand will be driven up soon and move upwards. Also hope that it's 3Q results will be good as well.

$ThaiBev(Y92.SI)$ Thai Bev seems to pull back today. Could be due to profit taking after quite many days of green movement. Hope it will continue to move upwards. Target price ny ocbc and dbs is abt 69c and 77c respectively. Quite a big difference. Hope the higher one stands. Cheers.

$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$   It dropped so significantly due to the proposed offering of new shares. Why offer such at this time ? Is there something really wrong with this Tiger Broker company ? Will it dilute the existing shares ?  Sad case indeed. 

$ocbc bank(O39.SI)$   Oh no. What's going on today ?  In deep red for most counters, including OCBC despite recent share buyback from OCBC. Hope that OCBC will also consider to cancel the shares like what DBS did for its share buyback. This will enhance the earnings per share. Hence market value will be elevated. Cheers. $ST Engineering(S63.SI)$   Recent target price by DBS was $5.40 in view of  its 3Q revenue met expectations. There was also strong performance in defence and public security segment. Understand that Temasek also raises stake in ST Engineering to 51%. Looks like quite a few good news all around, and hope that it will go Northwards in due time ! Come on, ST Engineering ! $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$   Wow. What's wrong with this Tiger ? Dropped almost 10%. Doesn't make sense at all. Is there any bad news ?

$Singtel(Z74.SI)$   What's going on with Singtel ?  Super lousy performance since early am.  Any sort of news these days could affect share price indeed. Change of leadership also affect. Thought it should be positive instead. New leadership means new ideas and directions etc. Hope it can turnaround soon. Oh no. Cheers.

$Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr(N2IU.SI)$   With the upcoming FED reduction of interest rates. This will benefit businesses vastly, especially the reits in the longer term. Hence, MPACT should be bullish and move up progressively. Hope that it can breach $1.5 level soon. Come on MPACT; in tandem with other mapletree reits !
