$META 20250516 632.5 PUT$   When meta just fall off i went into panic mode and just on the first put option. Omg nvr have i lost money just like that  Sadness. 

$GOOG 20250516 167.5 CALL$   Made another bad habit:  Sold too early for a little money cause scare i lost it.  Could have gotten more than double.  Really not easy emotionally Playing with options made me realise my emotional shortcomings
