Pursuant to the Agreement, the Investors agreed to subscribe and purchase from Jikrypton Intelligent Technology, and Jikrypton Intelligent Technology agreed to issue and allot an aggregate of approximately 126 million Pre-A Series preferred shares Shares to such Investors for an aggregate consideration of US$500 million. Each of the investors is an independent third party.</p><p>The 126 million Pre-A Series preferred shares shares will represent approximately 5.6% of the enlarged issued share capital of Jikrypton Intelligent Technology (on a fully diluted and converted basis and assuming all 150 million awarded shares have been allotted and issued).</p><p>Upon completion of the issuance and allotment of the Pre-A Series preferred shares as contemplated under the Share Purchase Agreement, Geely Automobile's equity interest in Jikrypton Intelligent Technology will be reduced from 51.0% to approximately 48.0%.</p><p>Specifically, the investors involved in the share purchase agreement include<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/INTC\">Intel</a>(INTC.US),<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300750\">CATL</a>(300750.SZ), Mining Companies<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/603993\">China Molybdenum</a>Hongshang Group, the controlling shareholder of (03993.HK),<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BILI\">Bilibili</a>(BILI.US) and Boyu Investments.</p><p>In March this year, Jikrypton Company was established. At that time, Geely Automobile held a 51% stake in Jikrypton and Geely Holding Group held a 49% stake.</p><p>In mid-April this year, Geely officially released ZEEKR 001, the first mass-produced model of the Jikrypton brand, announcing Geely's entry into high-end electric vehicles.
