(NYSE:PLTR) is one of the most controversial companies. The company's market cap is floating at around $18 billion, more than ten times TTM sales. Moreover, the company is infamous for its dilution and has never shown a net profit in a single quarter. Therefore, it is no surprise that since the growth meltdown began last year, Palantir has been one of the worst-hit stocks. The company experienced an epic drop of 80% from peak to trough, but the share price has begun to recover.</p><p><b>PLTR 1-Year</b></p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/9de65d4b86e4ec1d262d3162399e05b7\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"676\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>PLTR (StockCharts.com)</p><p>Benjamin Graham may have said it best - "In the short term, the market is a voting machine, but in the long run, it is a weighing machine." Mr. Graham was a brilliant investor, and the saying applies exceptionally well to Palantir, in my view. The market seemed crazy about Palantir when the stock was at $20 or $30, but is not fond of Palantir these days. The stock was severely diluted after its IPO, and the criticisms of stock-based compensation ("SBC") continue today. Moreover, growth and high multiple stocks are not as popular as they were throughout most of 2021, and with a possible recession approaching, the market is voting "No" on Palantir.</p><p>However, let's weigh Palantir's stock instead of voting for it. Dilution and SBC compensation are common phenomena with IPOs, and Palantir is not an exception. Let's not look at past sales, but let us focus on the company's revenue growth and earning potential. Additionally, let's consider Palantir's unique, leading, and dominant market position and how it could impact future growth prospects and profitability potential. Moreover, Palantir's growth runway is massive, and its profitability potential is vast, making the stock possibly one of the best buys for the next decade.</p><p><b>Palantir - The Government's Favorite Contractor</b></p><p>One of Palantir's most unique facets is its dominant position as a government contractor. The company provides software solutions through its Gotham program to numerous government agencies. Some of Palantir's government clients include the U.S. military, intelligence, and police. More specifically, the FBI, DOD, CIA, NSA, and many other agencies use Palantir's linked databases, data mining solutions, analysis software, and much more. Furthermore, Palantir services the NHS, FDA, and other agencies. While Palantir is growing its corporate business aggressively, it still derived most of its revenues (54%) from government contracts last quarter. Advantageously, Palantir gets a substantial portion of its revenues from the government as the government is famous for its loose spending policies. Moreover, the company should continue growing government revenues, and even when a recession comes, the government will continue its spending.</p><p><b>It's All About Growth - For Now</b></p><p>I hear a lot of complaints that Palantir is not profitable, but Palantir does not need to be profitable. The company is growing at more than 30%.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/86703bab0eb031120a21a04070660751\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"318\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Q1 Highlights (investors.palantir.com)</p><p>Palantir's growth metrics are tremendous. 31% YoY revenue growth, 54% YoY commercial revenue growth, 136% YoY U.S. commercial revenue growth, and 86% YoY customer count growth. While the company's government business remains its anchor, we see Palantir growing its commercial business aggressively now. Moreover, we should continue seeing robust growth from the government and corporate clients as the company moves on. For full-year 2022, the company expects to show an adjusted operating margin of approximately 27% and anticipates providing30% annual growthor greater through 2025.</p><p><b>Be Patient - Profitability Will Come</b></p><p>Palantir is a high-growth company. Therefore, there is no need for it to be profitable right now. The company needs to focus on growing operations, increasing market share, and setting up future profitability potential. However, when it's time, Palantir should be exceptionally profitable.</p><p><b>Statement of Operations</b></p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/c68e8a7494948e5f170dc64534d1921a\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"663\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Statement of Operations (investors.palantir.com)</p><p>Last quarter, the company's gross profit increased by32% YoY. At the same time, Palantir's operating expenses increased by only 2.6% YoY. Therefore, the operating loss last quarter was much narrower than last year's, just $39.4 million vs. $114 million one year ago. Moreover, Palantir's gross margin came in at a whopping 78.6% the previous quarter, even higher than the 78.3% from one year ago. Thus, we see Palantir is growing increasingly profitable. As the company's gross profit continues to increase, it will start outweighing the company's operating expenses significantly, leading to substantial increases in operating income, net profit, and EPS.</p><p><b>Dilution - Not a Problem Anymore</b></p><p>We see that Palantir's share count rose by about 11% YoY. Therefore, Palantir is still diluting, but not nearly as much as it did when the company initially went public. Palantir went public with only about476 million shares. However, the company has more than 2 billion shares outstanding now. Yet, much of the dilation occurred early, essentially right after the company went public. Roughly six months after going public, the company already had nearly1.8 billion shares. Since then, SBC expenses have been declining significantly and are likely to continue falling as the company advances. Additionally, increased SBC is a common phenomenon with IPOs and is not a Palantir-isolated phenomenon.</p><p><b>SBS Expenses</b></p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5f9e8cbaa81a63e7986e0b033c550680\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"185\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>SBS Expenses (investors.palantir.com)</p><p>We see that, despite significantly higher revenues and income, SBC is down by about 23% YoY. This dynamic implies that the trend of lower SBC expenses should continue. Also, if we factor out the SBC expenses, we see that Palantir should become remarkably profitable. Minus SBC, the company's cost of revenue was only about<i>$82.8 million</i>, implying a gross margin of nearly 82% for Palantir. Minus SBC, Palantir's operating income would have been around<i>$110 million</i> last quarter, illustrating an operating margin of approximately 25%.</p><p>The company would have even recorded a small net income of about<i>$10 million</i> once SBC expenses are removed from the equation. The company reported an adjusted EPS of $0.02, illustrating that the company can be profitable right now, even while growing YoY revenues at more than 30%. Therefore, we see that Palantir has the potential to become increasingly prosperous. As the company's revenues and gross profit continue to rise, its operating expenses should increase modestly, and the SBC should continue declining significantly in proportion to the company's revenues. Thus, Palantir's profitability metrics should improve dramatically in the coming years.</p><p><b>Palantir - May Be Recession Proof</b></p><p>There's much concern about the upcoming recession. However, Palantir is in a unique position, as much of the company's revenues come from government contracts. The company's corporate clients are also not likely to reduce their reliance on Palantir's services, as the company provides essential solutions relating to data analytics, cybersecurity, and other critical aspects. Therefore, even in a recession, Palantir's growth should continue increasing, making it one of the best long-term buys in the market right now.</p><p><b>A Closer Look At Palantir's Valuation</b></p><p>Palantir should deliver roughly $2.6 billion in revenues next year, placing its forward P/S multiple at approximately 7. However, Palantir is a dominant market-leading high-growth company with remarkable profitability potential. Recently, the stock got voted down to a 5x forward sales multiple, when the stock fell down to $6. Now at $9 Palantir is trading at about 7 times forward sales, but it may trade at a significantly higher sales multiple down the line. Many companies with far less growth potential sell at significantly higher sales multiples.</p><p><b>Therefore, here's how Palantir's financials could look like as the company advances:</b></p><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Year</b></td><td><b>2022</b></td><td><b>2023</b></td><td><b>2024</b></td><td><b>2025</b></td><td><b>2026</b></td><td><b>2027</b></td></tr><tr><td>Revenue $</td><td>2b</td><td>2.6b</td><td>3.4b</td><td>4.4b</td><td>5.7b</td><td>7.3b</td></tr><tr><td>Revenue growth</td><td>30%</td><td>30%</td><td>30%</td><td>30%</td><td>28%</td><td>25%</td></tr><tr><td>Forward P/S ratio</td><td>7</td><td>8</td><td>9</td><td>9</td><td>8</td><td>8</td></tr><tr><td>Price</td><td>$9</td><td>$14</td><td>$21</td><td>$27</td><td>$32</td><td>$40</td></tr></tbody></table><p>Source: The Financial Prophet</p><p>Utilizing the company's projected 30% growth rate through 2025 and a slight drop-off through 2027 gets us to approximately <i>$7.3 billion</i> in revenues in 2027. The 7-9 times forward sales multiple projections are not high considering Palantir's robust growth and substantial profitability potential. Microsoft (MSFT), a software company with much slower growth, trades at about eight times forward sales. Nvidia (NVDA), a growth company with significantly slower growth, trades at approximately 12 times forward sales projections. Moreover, many other growth companies are trading at substantially higher multiples than ten times sales.</p><p>Palantir could command a P/S multiple of 7-9 or significantly higher in the coming years, possibly making the stock one of the best buys for the next decade. Therefore, the market will probably start weighing the company's stock instead of voting for it in the coming years, and Palantir's share price will likely advance much higher.</p><p><b>Risks To Palantir</b></p><p>Despite my bullish outlook for Palantir, market participants should consider several potential risks associated with this investment. While the growth story is strong at Palantir, shares are not cheap by traditional metrics. Furthermore, the company's earnings are still minimal and may not increase as much as I envision. Moreover, if the company's growth picture were to turn less bullish, the stock could head in the wrong direction. For instance, if Palantir lost favor with the government or had a data breach, the stock could experience a notable decline. Please consider these and other risks carefully before investing in Palantir.</p></body></html>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=utf-8\" />\n<meta name=\"viewport\" content=\"width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0,minimum-scale=1.0,maximum-scale=1.0,user-scalable=no\"/>\n<meta name=\"format-detection\" content=\"telephone=no,email=no,address=no\" />\n<title>Palantir: Possibly The Buy Of The Decade Now</title>\n<style type=\"text/css\">\na,abbr,acronym,address,applet,article,aside,audio,b,big,blockquote,body,canvas,caption,center,cite,code,dd,del,details,dfn,div,dl,dt,\nem,embed,fieldset,figcaption,figure,footer,form,h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,header,hgroup,html,i,iframe,img,ins,kbd,label,legend,li,mark,menu,nav,\nobject,ol,output,p,pre,q,ruby,s,samp,section,small,span,strike,strong,sub,summary,sup,table,tbody,td,tfoot,th,thead,time,tr,tt,u,ul,var,video{ font:inherit;margin:0;padding:0;vertical-align:baseline;border:0 }\nbody{ font-size:16px; line-height:1.5; color:#999; background:transparent; }\n.wrapper{ overflow:hidden;word-break:break-all;padding:10px; }\nh1,h2{ font-weight:normal; line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:.6em; }\nh3,h4,h5,h6{ line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:1em; }\nh1{ font-size:24px; }\nh2{ font-size:20px; }\nh3{ font-size:18px; }\nh4{ font-size:16px; }\nh5{ font-size:14px; }\nh6{ font-size:12px; }\np,ul,ol,blockquote,dl,table{ margin:1.2em 0; }\nul,ol{ margin-left:2em; }\nul{ list-style:disc; }\nol{ list-style:decimal; }\nli,li p{ margin:10px 0;}\nimg{ max-width:100%;display:block;margin:0 auto 1em; }\nblockquote{ color:#B5B2B1; border-left:3px solid #aaa; padding:1em; }\nstrong,b{font-weight:bold;}\nem,i{font-style:italic;}\ntable{ width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;border-spacing:1px;margin:1em 0;font-size:.9em; }\nth,td{ padding:5px;text-align:left;border:1px solid #aaa; }\nth{ font-weight:bold;background:#5d5d5d; }\n.symbol-link{font-weight:bold;}\n/* header{ border-bottom:1px solid #494756; } */\n.title{ margin:0 0 8px;line-height:1.3;color:#ddd; }\n.meta {color:#5e5c6d;font-size:13px;margin:0 0 .5em; }\na{text-decoration:none; color:#2a4b87;}\n.meta .head { display: inline-block; overflow: hidden}\n.head .h-thumb { width: 30px; height: 30px; margin: 0; padding: 0; border-radius: 50%; float: left;}\n.head .h-content { margin: 0; padding: 0 0 0 9px; float: left;}\n.head .h-name {font-size: 13px; color: #eee; margin: 0;}\n.head .h-time {font-size: 11px; color: #7E829C; margin: 0;line-height: 11px;}\n.small {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.9); -webkit-transform: scale(0.9); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.smaller {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.8); -webkit-transform: scale(0.8); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.bt-text {font-size: 12px;margin: 1.5em 0 0 0}\n.bt-text p {margin: 0}\n</style>\n</head>\n<body>\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<header>\n<h2 class=\"title\">\nPalantir: Possibly The Buy Of The Decade Now\n</h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"meta\">\n\n\n2022-07-20 11:58 GMT+8 <a href=https://seekingalpha.com/article/4524288-palantir-possibly-the-buy-of-the-decade-now><strong>Seeking Alpha</strong></a>\n\n\n</h4>\n\n</header>\n<article>\n<div>\n<p>SummaryPalantir has been one of the worst-hit stocks since the growth meltdown began last year. While dilution, SBC, lack of profitability, and a high valuation are valid concerns, they are probably ...</p>\n\n<a href=\"https://seekingalpha.com/article/4524288-palantir-possibly-the-buy-of-the-decade-now\">Source Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"PLTR":"Palantir Technologies Inc."},"source_url":"https://seekingalpha.com/article/4524288-palantir-possibly-the-buy-of-the-decade-now","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1151508320","content_text":"SummaryPalantir has been one of the worst-hit stocks since the growth meltdown began last year. While dilution, SBC, lack of profitability, and a high valuation are valid concerns, they are probably transitory factors. The market has been a voting machine for Palantir's stock recently, but it should price the company's shares much higher long term.Palantir Technologies Inc. Moreover, the company should continue growing government revenues, and even when a recession comes, the government will continue its spending. It's All About Growth - For NowI hear a lot of complaints that Palantir is not profitable, but Palantir does not need to be profitable. The company is growing at more than 30%.Q1 Highlights (investors.palantir.com)Palantir's growth metrics are tremendous. For full-year 2022, the company expects to show an adjusted operating margin of approximately 27% and anticipates providing30% annual growthor greater through 2025.Be Patient - Profitability Will ComePalantir is a high-growth company. Therefore, there is no need for it to be profitable right now. The company needs to focus on growing operations, increasing market share, and setting up future profitability potential. However, when it's time, Palantir should be exceptionally profitable.Statement of OperationsStatement of Operations (investors.palantir.com)Last quarter, the company's gross profit increased by32% YoY. As the company's gross profit continues to increase, it will start outweighing the company's operating expenses significantly, leading to substantial increases in operating income, net profit, and EPS.Dilution - Not a Problem AnymoreWe see that Palantir's share count rose by about 11% YoY. Additionally, increased SBC is a common phenomenon with IPOs and is not a Palantir-isolated phenomenon.SBS ExpensesSBS Expenses (investors.palantir.com)We see that, despite significantly higher revenues and income, SBC is down by about 23% YoY. This dynamic implies that the trend of lower SBC expenses should continue. Also, if we factor out the SBC expenses, we see that Palantir should become remarkably profitable. Minus SBC, the company's cost of revenue was only about$82.8 million, implying a gross margin of nearly 82% for Palantir. Minus SBC, Palantir's operating income would have been around$110 million last quarter, illustrating an operating margin of approximately 25%.The company would have even recorded a small net income of about$10 million once SBC expenses are removed from the equation. Thus, Palantir's profitability metrics should improve dramatically in the coming years.Palantir - May Be Recession ProofThere's much concern about the upcoming recession. However, Palantir is in a unique position, as much of the company's revenues come from government contracts. The company's corporate clients are also not likely to reduce their reliance on Palantir's services, as the company provides essential solutions relating to data analytics, cybersecurity, and other critical aspects. Therefore, even in a recession, Palantir's growth should continue increasing, making it one of the best long-term buys in the market right now.A Closer Look At Palantir's ValuationPalantir should deliver roughly $2.6 billion in revenues next year, placing its forward P/S multiple at approximately 7. Many companies with far less growth potential sell at significantly higher sales multiples. Therefore, here's how Palantir's financials could look like as the company advances:Year202220232024202520262027Revenue $2b2.6b3.4b4.4b5.7b7.3bRevenue growth30%30%30%30%28%25%Forward P/S ratio789988Price$9$14$21$27$32$40Source: The Financial ProphetUtilizing the company's projected 30% growth rate through 2025 and a slight drop-off through 2027 gets us to approximately $7.3 billion in revenues in 2027. Moreover, many other growth companies are trading at substantially higher multiples than ten times sales.Palantir could command a P/S multiple of 7-9 or significantly higher in the coming years, possibly making the stock one of the best buys for the next decade. Therefore, the market will probably start weighing the company's stock instead of voting for it in the coming years, and Palantir's share price will likely advance much higher.Risks To PalantirDespite my bullish outlook for Palantir, market participants should consider several potential risks associated with this investment. Please consider these and other risks carefully before investing in Palantir.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"PLTR":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1378,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9049921498,"gmtCreate":1655738608814,"gmtModify":1676535695500,"author":{"id":"4110543827662302","authorId":"4110543827662302","name":"Su456","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/d2a469c33dfe385d01d0eae2220ba642","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4110543827662302","idStr":"4110543827662302"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Good","listText":"Good","text":"Good","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9049921498","repostId":"2244145198","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2244145198","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1655738413,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2244145198?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-06-20 23:20","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Apple Stock: Bull vs. Bear","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2244145198","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Are you for or against Apple stock?","content":"<div>\n<p>Apple ranks high among the most popular companies in the world. Its flagship product, the iPhone, is one of the most successful tech-based devices of all time. That popularity has helped make Apple stock successful and in demand for more than a decade now. But is the stock still a buy? There are undoubtedly opinions on both sides.Let's look at both sides of the argument and see if we can determine whether the bull case or the bear case wins the day on Apple stock.Bull case: Innovation spanning decadesThe decades of proven innovation are at the core of my bull case for Apple. The company has developed multiple iconic products that have generated billions of dollars in sales, and that ability is attractive to investors. The ability to keep coming up with something new that consumers want suggests that Apple can keep the revenue train rolling even when sales of its current lineup start to lose steam (something that is not yet the case with its current lineup).Annual revenue has gone from $156 billion a decade ago to $365 billion in the latest fiscal year. That growth boosted annual operating income from $55 billion to $109 billion over the same timeframe. The various iterations of the iPhone have fueled much of that surge and show no significant signs of slowing down.In Apple's most recent quarter, sales of the iPhone (now in its 13th iteration) increased from $47.9 billion in the prior year's quarter to $50.6 billion. The most recent update included the latest 5G technology, spurring higher-than-average upgrades from older models. Moreover, the popularity of the iPhone has allowed Apple to build a robust services business that complements the pioneering smartphone. The company boasts a whopping 825 million service subscribers, an increase of 165 million from last year. Its lineup includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, iCloud, Apple Fitness, and more. Note the gross margin on its services segment is 72.6%, while that of its products is 36.4%.Those 825 million subscribers are not only providing high-margin revenue to Apple, but are also prime candidates to buy its latest products. Once customers enter the Apple ecosystem and customize their products and services to their liking, they'll likely stick around long term.Bear case: Heavy dependence on iPhoneThe bear case concedes that Apple is a tremendously successful innovator with decades of proof. However, the case against investing in Apple centers around its iPhone dependence. While Apple has done an excellent job creating sought-after consumer electronics like the iPod, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch, etc., it's still largely dependent on the iPhone. In its most recent quarter, the iPhone comprised 52% of the company's overall sales. That's not even including all the attachments that go along with it. The risk is that if Apple doesn't continue its iPhone success, revenue growth could stall or even reverse. Similarly, if another business creates a more attractive consumer electronic that unseats the iPhone, it could be disastrous for Apple. There are hints of wearable glasses that could be capable of everything a smartphone can do and more. Virtual-reality headsets are gaining in popularity alongside the metaverse. Innovation is unpredictable. For Apple to rely so heavily on one product for 52% of its sales adds a layer of risk to the business. The bulls win outOverall, the bull case carries more weight. Admittedly, there's a risk in Apple's dependence on the iPhone. That being said, with its decades-long history of creating multiple innovative products, Apple stands a reasonable chance of pivoting to the next popular thing when it comes to light.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AAPL":1}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1893,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9024423120,"gmtCreate":1653911404960,"gmtModify":1676535361227,"author":{"id":"4110543827662302","authorId":"4110543827662302","name":"Su456","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/d2a469c33dfe385d01d0eae2220ba642","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4110543827662302","idStr":"4110543827662302"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Impossible ","listText":"Impossible ","text":"Impossible","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9024423120","repostId":"1135080799","repostType":2,"repost":{"id":"1135080799","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1653903477,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1135080799?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-05-30 17:37","market":"us","language":"en","title":"The Weight Of Evidence Is Building For A Significant Drop In Tesla","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1135080799","media":"Seeking Alpha","summary":"SummaryThis technical analysis article is about Tesla's lower low third wave breaking. There's a wave one 1242-708 and wave two 708-1152.There's a wave three breakdown from 1152 through 708.There's a l","content":"<html><head></head><body><h2>Summary</h2><ul><li>This technical analysis article is about Tesla's lower low third wave breaking.</li><li>There's a wave one 1242-708 and wave two 708-1152.</li><li>There's a wave three breakdown from 1152 through 708.</li><li>There's a lower low three wave pattern under 708 support within the daily structure.</li><li>The target for Tesla is $176.</li></ul><p>Tesla's (NASDAQ:TSLA) third wave has broken through in the current three wave pattern, with a focus on wave three replicating wave one to land at $176.</p><p>I have two young sons. One wants to be a vetand the other wants to build houses. I often mention that law is a good subject to study as it can provide an open-minded and educated approach to everyday scenarios we encounter. Unfortunately, I am greeted with looks of bemusement when I suggest this; I guess they're still a bit too young for that suggestion.</p><p>I find it intriguing how during the origins of modern civilization, human beings agreed on fundamental written laws that still stand today. It was the Romans that came up with the concepts of <i>actus reus</i>(guilty act) and <i>mens rea</i>(guilty mind). A criminal court must be able to prove both beyond reasonable doubt in order to secure a conviction.</p><p>Today, if one is accused of a crime, you have the right to silence in some societies. You may simply say "speak to my lawyer" and, by staying silent, not implicate yourself in even a matter as simple as, "I knew the person," for example. And you can wait for disclosure from the prosecution before building a defense. If you are accused of a crime, and you protest your innocence or invoke your right to remain silent, the prosecution must build a weight of evidence to prove that you committed the crime.</p><p>It's the argument between the prosecution and defense that goes a long way to determining the winner or loser in a case, and it is that way of thinking (the argument for or against the evidence) where a galaxy of interpretations and complex strategies by legal professionals come to the fore. There is an expanding of the mind to paint a picture of what may or may not be for or against the evidence in question. The importance of evidence also translates into many other fields in life, along with the skills of interpretation and argument.</p><p>In the case of Tesla's share price vs. future direction, we have clear evidence of a three wave structure, with the third wave making a lower low on the monthly chart below the rejections of waves one and two.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/899838289c124cfeddeabcac7ce87e2a\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"1049\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Tesla</p><p><i>Source: Chart created by the author with data taken from cTrader.</i></p><p>We can clearly see a bullish rejection at $1,242, with the price retracing to $708. This we now know is a wave one. The next is wave two at $1,152-$708. A break of $708 also confirms the wave three.</p><p>Now we can look at the argument as to where Tesla could be headed. I put it to you that the only printed directional bearing we have in front of us is the wave one at $1,242-$708. I would also put it to you that when a wave three breaks, two eventualities will happen - either the wave three will numerically copy wave one or fall further and land, in this case, at $176, or the wave three will fail at its task and take out $1,242 before completing the former.</p><p>However, there is clear evidence to argue that Tesla is going in the direction of $176. There is a wave one bearing, a wave two mismatch between buyers and sellers, and a wave three technical breakthrough. The $176 target is derived from the principles of the Ward Three Wave theory, which states that if waves one and two were able to continue between two separate price points before finding significant rejection, wave three will look with high probability to numerically copy wave one before it finds its significant rejection.</p><p>When I wrote the book<i>The Ward Three Wave Theory</i>, I wrote a chapter that focuses on waves within waves. It describes how to identify scenarios just like the one in front of us, where the wave three has broken above or below waves one and two. Switching backward from the monthly chart, identifying waves within waves can add credence to the fact that the third wave is breaking support with intent.</p><p>When we switch to the daily chart and look at the $708 region, we can also clearly see a lower low three wave pattern breaking down into the $600 price region. This is further evidence that perhaps this is not merely a flash dip into a macro wave three, but a tangible time frame that could add further evidence that Tesla's share price is making additional miniature three wave patterns within the direction of its macro third wave.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/82af1928ef9d2a660e03fc64ad712559\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"1055\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Tesla</p><p><i>Source: Chart created by the author with data taken from cTrader.</i></p><p>I would expect Tesla to complete its third wave within the next 90-120 days. One wants to be a vetand the other wants to build houses. I often mention that law is a good subject to study as it can provide an open-minded and educated approach to everyday scenarios we encounter. Unfortunately, I am greeted with looks of bemusement when I suggest this; I guess they're still a bit too young for that suggestion.I find it intriguing how during the origins of modern civilization, human beings agreed on fundamental written laws that still stand today. It was the Romans that came up with the concepts of actus reus(guilty act) and mens rea(guilty mind). A criminal court must be able to prove both beyond reasonable doubt in order to secure a conviction.Today, if one is accused of a crime, you have the right to silence in some societies. You may simply say \"speak to my lawyer\" and, by staying silent, not implicate yourself in even a matter as simple as, \"I knew the person,\" for example. And you can wait for disclosure from the prosecution before building a defense. If you are accused of a crime, and you protest your innocence or invoke your right to remain silent, the prosecution must build a weight of evidence to prove that you committed the crime. It's the argument between the prosecution and defense that goes a long way to determining the winner or loser in a case, and it is that way of thinking (the argument for or against the evidence) where a galaxy of interpretations and complex strategies by legal professionals come to the fore. There is an expanding of the mind to paint a picture of what may or may not be for or against the evidence in question. The importance of evidence also translates into many other fields in life, along with the skills of interpretation and argument. In the case of Tesla's share price vs. future direction, we have clear evidence of a three wave structure, with the third wave making a lower low on the monthly chart below the rejections of waves one and two.TeslaSource: Chart created by the author with data taken from cTrader. We can clearly see a bullish rejection at $1,242, with the price retracing to $708. This we now know is a wave one. The next is wave two at $1,152-$708. A break of $708 also confirms the wave three. Now we can look at the argument as to where Tesla could be headed. I put it to you that the only printed directional bearing we have in front of us is the wave one at $1,242-$708. I would also put it to you that when a wave three breaks, two eventualities will happen - either the wave three will numerically copy wave one or fall further and land, in this case, at $176, or the wave three will fail at its task and take out $1,242 before completing the former. However, there is clear evidence to argue that Tesla is going in the direction of $176. There is a wave one bearing, a wave two mismatch between buyers and sellers, and a wave three technical breakthrough. The $176 target is derived from the principles of the Ward Three Wave theory, which states that if waves one and two were able to continue between two separate price points before finding significant rejection, wave three will look with high probability to numerically copy wave one before it finds its significant rejection. When I wrote the bookThe Ward Three Wave Theory, I wrote a chapter that focuses on waves within waves. It describes how to identify scenarios just like the one in front of us, where the wave three has broken above or below waves one and two. Switching backward from the monthly chart, identifying waves within waves can add credence to the fact that the third wave is breaking support with intent. When we switch to the daily chart and look at the $708 region, we can also clearly see a lower low three wave pattern breaking down into the $600 price region. This is further evidence that perhaps this is not merely a flash dip into a macro wave three, but a tangible time frame that could add further evidence that Tesla's share price is making additional miniature three wave patterns within the direction of its macro third wave.TeslaSource: Chart created by the author with data taken from cTrader.I would expect Tesla to complete its third wave within the next 90-120 days. The third wave has just broken through, with a target of $176 if wave three replicates the bearing set out by wave one. The share price could rise toward support at $708 and even challenge the highs of wave two before potentially dropping to complete the third wave. A move above $1,242 before touching $176 renders the third wave a fail.I will be looking for bullish reversal three wave signals around that price area if the third wave completes. $176 might sound adventurous for Tesla's share price, but we must look at the evidence in front of us.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"TSLA":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1362,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":9049921498,"gmtCreate":1655738608814,"gmtModify":1676535695500,"author":{"id":"4110543827662302","authorId":"4110543827662302","name":"Su456","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/d2a469c33dfe385d01d0eae2220ba642","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4110543827662302","idStr":"4110543827662302"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Good","listText":"Good","text":"Good","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9049921498","repostId":"2244145198","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2244145198","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1655738413,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2244145198?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-06-20 23:20","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Apple Stock: Bull vs. That being said, with its decades-long history of creating multiple innovative products, Apple stands a reasonable chance of pivoting to the next popular thing when it comes to light.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AAPL":1}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1893,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":203893869043736,"gmtCreate":1690815706033,"gmtModify":1690815709089,"author":{"id":"4110543827662302","authorId":"4110543827662302","name":"Su456","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/d2a469c33dfe385d01d0eae2220ba642","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4110543827662302","idStr":"4110543827662302"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Great ariticle, would you like to share it?","listText":"Great ariticle, would you like to share it?","text":"Great ariticle, would you like to share it?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/203893869043736","repostId":"203242518749416","repostType":1,"repost":{"id":203242518749416,"gmtCreate":1690648926486,"gmtModify":1690649502328,"author":{"id":"3581734406950755","authorId":"3581734406950755","name":"Shyon","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/2a3423cbda71d7a89cd2f2f2d6744330","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581734406950755","idStr":"3581734406950755"},"themes":[],"title":"Chinese Stocks 🇨🇳 Next Week ","htmlText":"Chinese ADRs continued to be volatile for the past months. young sons. The third wave has just broken through, with a target of $176 if wave three replicates the bearing set out by wave one. The share price could rise toward support at $708 and even challenge the highs of wave two before potentially dropping to complete the third wave. A move above $1,242 before touching $176 renders the third wave a fail.</p><p>I will be looking for bullish reversal three wave signals around that price area if the third wave completes. $176 might sound adventurous for Tesla's share price, but we must look at the evidence in front of us.</p></body></html>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=utf-8\" />\n<meta name=\"viewport\" content=\"width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0,minimum-scale=1.0,maximum-scale=1.0,user-scalable=no\"/>\n<meta name=\"format-detection\" content=\"telephone=no,email=no,address=no\" />\n<title>The Weight Of Evidence Is Building For A Significant Drop In Tesla</title>\n<style type=\"text/css\">\na,abbr,acronym,address,applet,article,aside,audio,b,big,blockquote,body,canvas,caption,center,cite,code,dd,del,details,dfn,div,dl,dt,\nem,embed,fieldset,figcaption,figure,footer,form,h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,header,hgroup,html,i,iframe,img,ins,kbd,label,legend,li,mark,menu,nav,\nobject,ol,output,p,pre,q,ruby,s,samp,section,small,span,strike,strong,sub,summary,sup,table,tbody,td,tfoot,th,thead,time,tr,tt,u,ul,var,video{ font:inherit;margin:0;padding:0;vertical-align:baseline;border:0 }\nbody{ font-size:16px; line-height:1.5; color:#999; background:transparent; }\n.wrapper{ overflow:hidden;word-break:break-all;padding:10px; }\nh1,h2{ font-weight:normal; line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:.6em; }\nh3,h4,h5,h6{ line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:1em; }\nh1{ font-size:24px; }\nh2{ font-size:20px; }\nh3{ font-size:18px; }\nh4{ font-size:16px; }\nh5{ font-size:14px; }\nh6{ font-size:12px; }\np,ul,ol,blockquote,dl,table{ margin:1.2em 0; }\nul,ol{ margin-left:2em; }\nul{ list-style:disc; }\nol{ list-style:decimal; }\nli,li p{ margin:10px 0;}\nimg{ max-width:100%;display:block;margin:0 auto 1em; }\nblockquote{ color:#B5B2B1; border-left:3px solid #aaa; padding:1em; }\nstrong,b{font-weight:bold;}\nem,i{font-style:italic;}\ntable{ width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;border-spacing:1px;margin:1em 0;font-size:.9em; }\nth,td{ padding:5px;text-align:left;border:1px solid #aaa; }\nth{ font-weight:bold;background:#5d5d5d; }\n.symbol-link{font-weight:bold;}\n/* header{ border-bottom:1px solid #494756; } */\n.title{ margin:0 0 8px;line-height:1.3;color:#ddd; }\n.meta {color:#5e5c6d;font-size:13px;margin:0 0 .5em; }\na{text-decoration:none; color:#2a4b87;}\n.meta .head { display: inline-block; overflow: hidden}\n.head .h-thumb { width: 30px; height: 30px; margin: 0; padding: 0; border-radius: 50%; float: left;}\n.head .h-content { margin: 0; padding: 0 0 0 9px; float: left;}\n.head .h-name {font-size: 13px; color: #eee; margin: 0;}\n.head .h-time {font-size: 11px; color: #7E829C; margin: 0;line-height: 11px;}\n.small {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.9); -webkit-transform: scale(0.9); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.smaller {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.8); -webkit-transform: scale(0.8); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.bt-text {font-size: 12px;margin: 1.5em 0 0 0}\n.bt-text p {margin: 0}\n</style>\n</head>\n<body>\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<header>\n<h2 class=\"title\">\nThe Weight Of Evidence Is Building For A Significant Drop In Tesla\n</h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"meta\">\n\n\n2022-05-30 17:37 GMT+8 <a href=https://seekingalpha.com/article/4514972-tesla-could-see-a-significant-drop><strong>Seeking Alpha</strong></a>\n\n\n</h4>\n\n</header>\n<article>\n<div>\n<p>SummaryThis technical analysis article is about Tesla's lower low third wave breaking. There's a wave one 1242-708 and wave two 708-1152.There's a wave three breakdown from 1152 through 708.There's a ...</p>\n\n<a href=\"https://seekingalpha.com/article/4514972-tesla-could-see-a-significant-drop\">Source Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"TSLA":"特斯拉"},"source_url":"https://seekingalpha.com/article/4514972-tesla-could-see-a-significant-drop","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1135080799","content_text":"SummaryThis technical analysis article is about Tesla's lower low third wave breaking. There's a wave one 1242-708 and wave two 708-1152.There's a wave three breakdown from 1152 through 708.There's a lower low three wave pattern under 708 support within the daily structure. The target for Tesla is $176.Tesla's (NASDAQ:TSLA) third wave has broken through in the current three wave pattern, with a focus on wave three replicating wave one to land at $176.I have two young sons.
