The increase of DPU was offset by the loss allowances for the Guangdong data centres.  Capitaland inv will face the same issue in China for its property arm . Capland Ascendas REIT will face the drop USD exchange rate in EU.  Overall, all three REITs are in good shape. Accumulate

$SIA(C6L.SI)$   Buy a bit for Coffee.. Counting down to SIA 1H results  Expecting SIA to announce 0.10-0.2 SGD as half year dividend. SIA  group last 3 months carried a total of 9.6m passengers.. The GPLF is around the same as last quarter, but the cargo LF improved significantly for the last 3 months. This cargo LF will contribute a good amount into SIA results. Buy the dip and wait for the rewards. 

$SIA(C6L.SI)$   July PLF :SIA Group’s passenger traffic grew by 3.6% from a year before, while passenger capacity increased by 8.7%. Group carried 3.2 million passengers in total during the month (+6.7% year-on-year). The PLF came in at 85.6%, with SIA 84.7% Scoot 88.9% . SIA experienced lower load factors for East Asia route region notwithstanding robust growth in passenger traffic, due to the substantial capacity expansion in North Asia. Cargo loads +18.5% y-y supported by robust e-commerce demand, some demand spillover resulting from disruptions to sea freight, and port congestion. This outpaced the capacity expansion of 8.2%. Consequently, cargo load factor came in at 57.4% (+5.0% y-y)

Analysis with 270 to 300 target price is mainly to attract naive buyers into the stock and they get ready to dump out their babies. . . If I'm not wrong, the " 300" also has been talking since 2022...... And 2025 is coming... what a joke!🤣 There are many good EV car manufacturers in the market too. How many Tesla's is on the road? Earnings per share for the reporting period came in at 3.42 cents, and net asset value per share as at Dec 31, 2024 was 152 cents.  The group’s revenue grew 11.3% y-o-y to $324.8 million in the 3QFY2024/2025.

$Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$   Keppel, announced that it will divest its data centre joint venture (JV) to Keppel DC REIT (KDC REIT) for a total gross divestment price of $1.38 billion. Keppel DC Reit manager said it intends to finance part of total outlay with about S$973.2 million from the net proceeds raised from an equity fund raising launched on Tuesday.. $Seatrium Ltd(5E2.SI)$   STM 3QFY2024 business update:   Order book of $24.4 billion as at Sept. Repairs and upgrades segment continued to do well in the 3QFY2024. During the 9 month period, Seatrium completed 192 repairs & upgrades projects. Seatrium announced that it signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Japan-based Penta-Ocean Construction (POC) to carry out early engineering work for a 5,000 ton fully-revolving heavy lift v (HLV) vessel project for the Japan wind market.

Everything needs to pay.. 😡 Maybe next time SIA will charge "coffee tea or me" 😜 SIA has hiked up its seat selection fees for Economy and Premium Economy Classes. A check on the airlines’ site revealed it was updated on Jul 1.  Starting this month, passengers have to pay more for Standard and Forward Zone seats on all routes. There are increases as well for Extra Legroom seats on Southeast Asia and long-haul flights.

The units, issued at between SG$1.3340 and SG$1.3317 each, represent 0.5% of the acquisition price. The share price been diluted 2ns times within 6 months...Bad.....

The contract between the largest shipping group in Greece and Seatrium is for two years with a one-year renewable option includes the retrofit of 10 to 15 vessels a year from Angelicoussis’ fleet of LNG carriers, tankers and bulkers, that operate under Maran Gas, Maran Tankers, and Maran Dry.
