Stocks related to manufacturing could see concerns in price because of tariffs I think, stocks like nvidia, Apple, Tesla. Software services and product stocks like Microsoft, Google and Meta could do relatively well. Amazon price could be choppy. Just my thoughts.
$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$   Grab will do well. It keeps working to make more money, an example recent license for on road hailing taxis. It has a flywheel and a network effect power. Plus since the COVID pandemic I believe they now understand how a business can run when economy slows down.
Not sure what's happening with Nvidia. Recently don't seem lot of good news. Delays in Blackwell, curbs on exports, tariffs and now China making its own chips to try and rival Nvidia. Waiting for earnings call to see guidance.

$iShares MSCI India ETF(INDA)$   India US relations, so far so good. https://youtu.be/nDob1eB3Gj4?si=jbO6-wc2HX3_7-Yq
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$   Wait till earnings end of May only then will know the numbers and guidance. Until then don't see anything concrete unless Trump says something positive for Nvidia chips. With latest news about requiring license even for older H20 chip export to China would mean the orders placed by Chinese tech giants could take a hit. I think this stock is probably going down short term and only earnings call might give some direction indication. My personal opinion.
Tariffs paused doesn't mean tariffs gone. Kicking can down the road. Gives countries to negotiate properly. Hope something reasonable and good comes out.

Smart move. Singapore shouldn't retaliate, it should build alliances with other markets (countries) and expand. It has two giants economies in its neighbourhood - China, India and also Japan and to an extent the Russia. Find more ways of doing business in these markets. Negotiate with US as much as possible since Singapore doesn't have a trade surplus with US.
$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ Stay put and watch. Buy quality stocks at a price you would have always wanted when the price of the stock was high but ensuring you have done due diligence by looking at the fundamentals plus the current macro situation and not buying simply because the price went down.
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  Chips I think will get even more expensive and limited I think with control restrictions by US, retaliation by China by putting curbs on rare earth minerals to US. Not sure what is going to happen. Like I said a couple of times will wait and watch until there is some clarity. Will see after the next earnings call of Nvidia. The last one was not that great, mixed as I thought.
$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$   Grab price drop is overdone I think. The business of Grab is entirely in South East Asia. Good price.

Nasty markets showdown round the world

Nasty markets showdown after the tariff news. I think the overall impact hasn't been felt yet which we will only know after we know how countries will deal with this, how trade flow supply chains and new alliances will work out. Not fully clear how it impact US and how much and whether the recession fears play out. Too many unknowns. Need to be careful in general.
Nasty markets showdown round the world
I think India is in a sweet spot. Manufacturing of some items will move to India from countries like Vietnam on garments, footwear etc. India's economy is mostly domestically driven and less external dependence. As of this writing the Indian stock exchange is down about 0.41% . Also this experience I believe should help India fill gaps in its policies. I think India would further negotiate to bring down those tariffs.
Ishares MSCI India ETF Down 2.1% After Hours as Trump Unveils 26% Tariffs
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  Doubt it unless some good news from Trump on his tariff and reprieve of Nvidia chips control to rest of the world.
Will wait and see. Sometimes doing nothing is also an activity like what Warren Buffett does. Nvidia long term good. Will wait for another quarter or two to see how Trump tariffs play off. Also I heard somewhere that Microsoft thinks oversupply of data centres. I think it was something on YouTube a Bloomberg 1 hour video from yesterday. Intel seems to be doing better not sure if it escapes the tariff restrictions.
In this market I think dividend stocks are the way to go since there are a lot of unknowns from Trump tariffs and some outcomes in the economies from them which I think there will be some more visibility around April -  May period.
