$Alphabet(GOOG)$Apple $Apple(AAPL)$ versus chatGPT , Samsung vs Gemin, who is going to win? I can't figure out why Apple didn't choose Google. If chatGPT is really better than Gemin, then Google’s position is in danger! But in my opinion, first Apple must be the one that provides the best experience, but I also think that open AI is certainly not able to compete with Google, so it's a bit hard to figure out the result. Anyway, the winner takes all.
$Netflix(NFLX)$ It was already cheap before this, and now adding seems like a no-brainer. The market is a bit crazy—some things are so overpriced while others, like $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ , still look cheap.
Systemic risk is elevated but below the levels seen during past crises as Russia is not well integrated into the global financial system. Singapore banks’ exposures to Europe and Russia are minimal. The Fed is expected to kick-start the interest rate upcycle with a hike of 25bp next week. Russia is not well integrated into the global financial system. Financial linkages with other countries have been reduced since the European Union first imposed sanctions after Russia annexed Crimea and Sevastopol in 2014. Foreign central banks have not tapped on swap lines and repo facilities established by the Fed, indicating most countries didn’t experience dislocation in their financial systems. Using the past three crises (Europe's Sovereign Debt Crisis, Crash in Oil & Gas and COVID-19 pandemic)
That was first time I've ever jumped in a "Jim crammer" bet. And it will def be my last time. Such a disaster. I bought in at 14.70 .because Jim Cramer said buy as much as you can at the IPO Price. The biggest and best IPO all year. I bought Cciv should of learned my lesson.$DiDi Global Inc. (DIDI)$
$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$$GameStop(GME)$ No one is selling AMC, GME for other plays. I keep extra dollars to make other trades & throw profit into more shares. People need to eat, too, and pay bills. You don’t know what other plays could be doing for people in the interim until #MOASS. Don’t tell people how to use their $.
$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ A multi-trillion dollar company with Google's moat won't collapse over one "Nobel" Peace Prize-winning data scientist leaving for Anthropic. I see it more as a key employee turnover and an invitation for a new innovative mind to fill that position. Capex has always been a concern, I agree. But it's important to understand that companies that don't invest in AI will also be punished in the long run. The current dip in Google could be life-changing for many in less than three months. It feels like an overreaction to capex and key employee turnover.
