Iridium $Iridium(IRDM)$  shareholders voted in favor of Rocket Lab $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$  acquiring their company. Rocket Lab had the money to purchase Iridium back on September 15th, and now this. With regulatory approval expected by 2027, it should be finalized. Rocket Lab already has government contracts, so that part looks more like a procedural step. It'll take time, but this was another big hurdle cleared.

$Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ Not really concerned that this doesn't interest you, and I don't care whether it changes your view on RKLB. I was just sharing my own bullish take.

It would be nice to see one of their fancy Kevin Costner style commercials for $Luckin Coffee Inc.(LKNCY)$ , $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ , $Velo3D, Inc.(VELO)$ , and especially a touching holiday version for my struggling little ticker BURU.

$Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ I can see some downside risk near term, but today felt like a much-needed shift. RKLB has been getting one piece of good news after another lately.

The real confirmation would be a reclaim of the grey liquidity level at $67, like before. Might consider a short at LTF supply in the $65-$67 range if the setup shows up in the next few days.

$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ I added more shares of this powerhouse company this morning. Jensen knows CoreWeave better than any of us, and he's putting his money on it. $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ 

$Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ Solid track record, diversified, and vertically integrated. The acquisitions look smart, and they're not rushing Neutron until it's ready. Backlog is decent, and the outlook seems positive.

$Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$  Neutron cadence combined with recurring revenue from Iridium makes this company a world beater. Not to mention space systems, robotics, and the fully end-to-end setup. The pain will be worth it one day, though I have no idea when.

$Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ I didn't buy based on the charts. Short term, there's a head and shoulders pattern and this looks like it's going down to test $58–59 again. It'll probably tap that area and bounce from there.

The signal got confirmation once price crossed above the 64.16 level, and the valid average buying price now stands at 65.87. The falling wedge oversold run appears to be over.

Rocket Lab builds their own rockets, their own satellites, their own spacecraft. $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$  is a self-producer of just about everything space-related.

Comparing $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$  to $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$  isn't really close. End-to-end companies have an easier path to growth. It's common sense that a more versatile company has more opportunities. Both are important for space, but one has nearly double the market cap at the same price per share. Rocket Lab.

I don't get why some don't think space stocks can coexist. $SpaceX(SPCX)$  $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$  $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$  all have room.
