2月27日，据彭博社引述匿名知情人士报道，内地汽车资讯及交易平台懂车帝正考虑最早于今年在香港进行首次公开招股（IPO），目前已开始接洽银行，为潜在上市事宜提供协助。相关讨论仍在推进中，具体集资规模及时间表仍存在变数。
消息人士透露，懂车帝此次IPO或集资10亿至15亿美元（约合68.52亿至102.79亿元人民币）。
公开资料显示，懂车帝成立于2017年，并于2023年底自字节跳动分拆，独立运营发展。2024年，公司完成一轮约6亿美元融资，估值接近30亿美元（约合205.57亿元人民币）。该轮投资方包括General Atlantic、高榕创投、KKR及HSG等机构。
