特朗普家族旗下次新股ABTC跌超8%，昨日收盘涨超16%，盘中一度涨幅翻倍。
消息方面：
由特朗普的两个儿子支持的比特币矿企“American Bitcoin”在完成与数字矿业公司Gryphon Digital Mining的合并后，于昨日在纳斯达克证券交易所挂牌交易。合并后的新公司使用股票代码“ABTC”。
特朗普长子小唐纳德·特朗普、次子埃里克·特朗普、比特币矿企Hut 8以及其他“American Bitcoin”股东将合计持有合并后公司约98%的股份，而原Gryphon公司的投资者将持有剩余股份。截至目前，“American Bitcoin”已囤积约2443枚比特币。
埃里克·特朗普表示，“我们在加密领域已成为一个显而易见的名字，”“American Bitcoin将成为有史以来最伟大的比特币储备公司。”
