Frasers Property Limited announced on Sep, 02 2026 that it will redevelop its Yishun 10 retail mall in Yishun town centre, Singapore, into a mixed-use project comprising approximately 110 residential units and a street-level retail podium.
The group has also launched “Yishun 10 Memories”, an initiative led by placemaking consultant Studio Lapis, to collect stories, photographs and memorabilia from former and current patrons, residents and tenants. Contributions can be emailed to yishun10memories@studiolapis.sg by Oct, 31 2026, and selected artefacts may be upcycled or featured in the future development.
Preliminary plans include a showcase and archive of community materials, interpretive murals and artworks reflecting Yishun 10’s history as one of Singapore’s early suburban entertainment hubs.
Operations at the existing mall are scheduled to cease on Mar, 02 2027. The new development, sitting on a 39,125-square-foot site with a gross floor area of 117,376 square feet and a 99-year leasehold tenure (upon lease refresh), is targeted for launch in mid-2027 and completion in mid-2031.
Situated beside Yishun MRT Station and Yishun Integrated Transport Hub, the project will offer residents underground connectivity to Northpoint City, as well as proximity to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, SAFRA Yishun, schools, parks and community facilities. The redevelopment continues Frasers Property’s strategy of expanding its integrated precinct in Yishun Central, which already includes Northpoint City and North Park Residences.
