瀚天天成（02726.HK）公布配发结果，公司全球发售2149.205万股H股，其中香港公开发售占10%，国际发售占90%。最终发售价为每股76.26港元，全球发售净筹约15.6亿港元，股份每手50股，预期于2026年3月30日上午九时正在联交所挂牌买卖。
香港公开发售获50.66倍超额认购，合共接获约45084份有效申请，获受理申请约13260份，一手中签率为20%；公开发售最终股份数目为214.93万股，占发售总数的10%。国际发售获1.95倍认购，最终分配股份1934.28万股，占发售总数的90%。
上一交易日暗盘交易中，瀚天天成收涨37.69%，报105港元，以每手50股计算，不计手续费，中签一手可盈利1437港元。
瀚天天成是全球碳化硅(SiC)外延行业的领导者。根据灼识咨询的报告，自2023年来，按年销售片数计，公司是全球最大的碳化硅外延供货商，2024年的市场份额超过30%。
