据提交给美国监管机构的一封文件显示，Zoom以147亿美元收购智能云联络中心提供商Five9的交易正受到由美国司法部牵头的一个小组的审查，该小组正在调查此交易是否“对国家安全或执法利益造成威胁”。
资料显示，今年7月，Zoom同意以147亿美元收购智能云联络中心提供商Five9，这是该公司有史以来最大的一次收购。此次收购将推动Zoom进入一个价值240亿美元的呼叫中心市场，帮助其更好地与RingCentral
Inc.等通过互联网吸引全球用户的公司竞争。
目前，已有不少顾问开始建议Five9的股东投票反对此次收购，理由是随着疫情的缓解，Zoom的增长前景势必放缓。
Five9的董事会表示，他们已经意识到了风险。Piper Sandler&Co.的高级研究分析师James
Fish在与许多Five9投资者交谈后表示，由于交易前景的不确定性以及投资者对交易的支持度存在反复，Zoom可能不得不提高收购价格。
据悉，只有待审查完成，Zoom与Five9的收购案才能继续进行。Zoom表示，已经向监管机构提交了文件，这些审批程序正在按预期进行，预计将在明年上半年获得监管部门的批准。
